The “Class Type” apparel releases (See: Gladiator, Archer, Healer, Rogue, Mage apparel sets) are slowly leading up to the new Coli Release
On the one hand, the idea of writing in real-world sexual/gender identity politics for my dragons Exhausts™ me.
On the other, I really wish I could have my dragons play around with dragon-world lgbt symbology if that makes any sense?
Like there’s an ancient portrait of two rich looking ridgebacks drinking from a bunch of hollowed papayas in the Viridian Labyrinth and all these scholars are examining it trying to figure it out why they are eating such a messy fruit when they’re covered head to toe in finery. And because they don’t know what it is (since we don’t have papayas as an on site item) all the speculation is that the papayas must have been some really rare fruit from an earlier age and this was a wealth display.
And some super old earth dragon happens to pass by and they’re just like ‘No, that’s probably just a wedding portrait.’
“Their what now?”
“Wedding. Papayas were traditionally shared at weddings between females in that era. Ridgebacks can’t eat fruit, so they probably just drank the juice or had it fermented into a sort of papaya cider.”
“…”
“They’re lesbians.”
Announcing Baldwin’s Bash
Several months ago, the wonderful Roseblossom came up with the idea of having a user-run festival, just like the official festival holidays, but to celebrate alchemy, Baldwin, and Bogsneaks. So now, after sitting on this for many months, I am very happy to finally reveal the first ever Baldwin’s Bash, a fun-filled week-long festival with events such as a Skin & Accent Contest, a Brewing Race, a Free Cauldron Hub, and more! The festival will run from September 3 to September 9.
We are still seeking donations and/or volunteers to help make this festival AWESOME, so come check out the planning thread here! And let all your friends know – the more the merrier!
Outfit link I overdid it on the layers, but some things like the legguards, poisonous gloves, silk sash, and diaphanous wings aren’t too necessary and the outfit works just fine without them.
Gilded rose crown also works in place of the autumnal wreath. If you can find a better accent, do so and ditch the chestplate/dress combo for it.
The dragon underneath is white/white/gold irifaceglim. My original plan was pearlcatcher but the cramped up pose made her hard to dress properly. The Lemon Loader accent would work really well if you can get a similar outfit to work on PC F.
And now, to work on the entire rest of the roster. These are going in the queue, one per day, so as not to flood. I’m trying my best not to rely on accents, so some of these are going to come out very apparel-heavy.
Doing default skins first, but if anyone has requests for specific skins I’m all ears.
Yes, I know there’s a Sombra accent for female skydancers. Yes, I’ll probably end up using it, but I’ll try to make a version that doesn’t, too.
Outfit link. I seem to be going through the more apparel-heavy outfits first. In putting this one together, I re-remembered my desire for proper hood and headscarf apparel. The mysterious/whispering hood sets are only nice if you don’t want the eyes visible. Rogue hoods clip super fucking awkardly 99% of the time. Guises are nice but have very limited uses. Ordinary hoods and headscarves, please? Desert apparel in general would be nice.
I originally tried working the new Lightning scavenger apparel into this but it, too, clipped awkwardly with everything else.
Final apparel complaint: Why is every bag in the exact same place. Spread them out! Shoulder bags! Thigh bags! Not every bag needs to be on the waist!
Dragon underneath is hickory/hickory/umber speckfreckthyla. I considered, and rejected, runes.

But can we talk about Spirits for a moment?
I mean these guys. Look at them.
So, I don’t know about you, but for me they look like things that were dragons once. These heads, spikes, claws, winds… all yell “dragons” at me. In addition, they wear apparel, so I can assume that they were intellectual enough to put them on, maybe even make clothes. Now, even though they look similar to some current dragon breeds, they are totally not Wilclaws or Guardians. They were something else. Something… older? So old that other dragons don’t know who they are and just call them “spirits”? Old enough to turn into undead beings with great power, probably by collecting Sornieth’s magic energy from plants, soil and air. Old enough to turn into dust after the second death.
Could a deity hide their first creation when they didn’t turn out strong enough to survive? Could Lightweaver be not the only one deity who made a horrible mistake while creating dragons?
Why is one of them “disoriented”? (It’s a giant powerful creature, and it’s confused. Like… a hatchling?) Did these Spirits caused other undead creatured appear? What are Beastclans doing there? Why are the Spirits awakening only now? I have so many questions.

I forgot I got these two together again.
They’re my clan’s high class court mages. They protect the court when visitors show up, just as a safety precaution. They’re adept at feeling emotions and know sooner than anyone else when there’s evil intent, in which case they immobilize the intruder(s) with their magic and let the warriors deal with them. Their kiddos have high magic prowess, and the babies born with runes take after their father, whom is gifted with a massive amount of power, so they have strong magic potential like him.
They’ll get art or bios or both. If anyone’s interested~ Let me know~
