The Boxers of Groveland School

Our names are Goose and Violet. We're boxers who live in a house that used to be a one-room school but the highlights of our day are when we get to take our time on walks to explore what interests us. These are some of those things. Wish we had a smell phone instead of a cell phone though.

Oh deer! The first #deerdeparted CSI investigation of the year. Goose is quite good off leash but was on a mission this morning. When he comes back but clearly still wants to go further, I praise him and tell him "show me" as a reward to allow him to keep up the sniffing fun. Usually he takes me to something invisible to my nose. Puma has lived with dogs long enough to finally agree that licking pans is not beneath his dignity. The dogs would typically share and lick together if they’d got there first but the “Puma is untouchable” lessons from early on have stuck. This means they have to wait until he’s done. The problem today: he’s taking foreverrrrrrrrrrr.
