btw curating a beautiful environment is about honouring yourself. when you choose to surround yourself with things that are well-made, thoughtfully designed, and meaningful, you affirm that your daily experience matters. investing in quality over convenience sends a subconscious message of self-worth that is completely foundational to building a better life.
I’ve learned to love privacy. Not searching the world for approval. Experiencing things through my eyes and my eyes only. Forming decisions about what I love and what I don’t based on my opinions and what God says, not the thoughts of others. It’s easier this way. Not worrying what everyone else thinks. It’s so simple. I get to choose based on what I feel. Who cares anyways? I’ve grown to trust myself enough to believe I will make choices that will benefit my future. Not asking for approval, being bold, and living quietly proves confidence. Privacy is security.
I disappear sometimes. It’s my thing.
you never know where you’ll be in a year, so don’t worry too much about that. just work with what you have now, the good and the bad. we only have to go one day at a time.

the secret to life is always having something to look forward to
my love cannot be replaced and you'll search for me in every person
idc how tired I am after work, if it's sunny I WILL be going on a walk
and maybe real success looks like
a regulated nervous system.
not comparing yourself to others.
a kind inner dialogue.
being able to show up for yourself.
being able to let go.
knowing your own worth.
having authentic connections.
having good boundaries.
living a life that makes sense to you.
How do I start to love myself? I’m struggling
i will always say this, to love yourself, you have to learn to accept your flaws, accept who you are as a person and be comfortable with who you are becoming. try not to be so hard on yourself and do not be in a era of regret and/or stagnation. cos that is time you cannot get back. instead fall in love with your inner and outer being. by doing this, you will learn that you won’t need validation from anyone else and will have the confidence and desire to know your worth. make small meaningful changes. commit to a routine. wake up early. educate yourself with books + podcasts. get your wellness intact. take vitamins. go to the gym. splurge on yourself once in a while. maintain your appearance. go on a solo vacation. get in tune with your community and get out your comfort zone to make new friends. its all up to you. you’re more wise than you think. + can obtain anything you put your mind to. lock in.
