Time Management and Routine apps
Wunderlist: Bulleted lists make for easy tracking. It’s collaborative and free on apple and android.
Evernote: Take notes, organize ideas, and upload images and videos for ultimate organization.
Any.do: Create reminders for yourself, track events, create to-do lists, and take notes. I found the interface to be easily navigated.
Momentum Habit Tracker: Tracks how many days a week you want to do a certain activity. The “today” feature allows you to track progress of the day’s activity without needing to open the app.
Habitica: Available on apple and android. It turns chores into a game where you are the main character. Gain EXP from completing tasks.
Productive: Simple app that lets you create routines and habits by building a flexible schedule for you to follow in mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
HabitBull: Available on apple and android. Lets you build and break habits by letting you see patterns of those habits and keeping you accountable. Provides inspirational quotes when you feel like giving up.
Strides: Available on apple and android. Has 3 useful modes. “Target” lets you reach a goal on a certain date. “Habit” helps you build and break habits. “Milestone” tracks and reminds you to complete a project or goal.
Good Habits: Lets you make small, achievable goals. If you fail to complete one, the app enables you to write down your reasons for not completing it and saves it for future reference.
GoalsOnTrack: Sends you real-time updates of your progress and tells you how long you spend on a certain task. Has an offline mode for when you aren’t connected to wifi.
Mindset: Create new habits with small baby steps. Guides you to create simple goals, try different things, and make habits automatic.
Done: Helps set daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Free version onyl allows up to 3 goals at a time, however.
Replika: Gives you an AI buddy to help with socialization, self esteem, understanding yourself, etc. You can input times of the day where you will be busy so the bot will not disturb you, and you can also choose the name and gender of your robot pal! (It has facial recognition too, and remembers the names and faces of your friends, family, and even yourself!! i think thats pretty neat)
Strides: Adopt healthier habits, like drinking water, cleaning, and getting more sleep.
Sleep Cycle: Tracks your sleeping habits and wakes you up at optimal times. Uses sound analysis to track when you’re asleep and awake.
What’s Up: Uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy to help you cope with depression, anxiety, stress, etc. Has a positive and negative habit tracker to maintain your good habits and help break your bad ones. The “Get Grounded” pages has over 100+ questions to help you pinpoint your exact emotions and how to deal with them. The “Thinking Pattern” page helps teach you how to stop negative internal monologues.
Aloe Bud: Uses gentle notifications instead of incessant buzzing to alert you. Adorable and aesthetic interface with soft colors that are gentle on the eyes. Encourages you to take breaks when needed, drink water, eat, sleep, move your body, etc. Very easy to navigate.
