Dick Grayson LIVES for Jason Todd's happiness. He wants nothing more in the whole wide world than to make his baby brother happy. This is partially due to the guilt surrounding Jason's death, but also to do with the big, fat, stupid crush he has on Jason. So, when Jason comes back, and after everything settles, and he wants to be close to Dick, Dick just does whatever Jason wants. Jason wants to flop on top of him when he's laying on the couch? Absolutely, doesn't matter that Jason is twice his size, he's fine with being squished. Jason wants to cling to him when they're alone? Sure thing, Dick loves having his little wing close anyway. Jason wants the last bite of something? It's all his, Dick didn't even want that last pizza slice. Point is: whatever Jason wants, Jason gets. This all culminates one night when Dick and Jason are on patrol, and Jason just can't help it anymore. He wants his big brother to kiss him silly. He knows it's dumb, he knows it sounds childish, he knows he shouldn't want it, but he does want it. But he can't tell Dick that outright, obviously, that would be embarrassing. So instead he just starts teasing Dick within an inch of his life until he snaps. And Dick DOES snap, one second Jason is teasing him, and the next Dick has him pressed against the wall. It's the best moment of Jason's life. Dick feels bad about snapping for all of half a second before Jason starts kissing him back.
