me:  🤔 so…to avoid abandonment and social rejection the brain  🤔 develops habits  🤔  that scare other people off  🤔  🤔 making it more likely  🤔 for me to be abandoned 🤔 and socially rejected 🤔 and by the time 🤔 im an adult 🤔🤔 its spiraled out of control 🤔 so far that people 🤔 dont even give me a chance 🤔 because my fear 🤔 of abandonment and social rejection 🤔 is not worth their time and effort 🤔🤔 because my brain 🤔 decided the solution to abandonment and social rejection 🤔 was to become so traumatized 🤔 that i get abandoned and socially rejected anyway 🤔🤔🤔🤔
