Here’s some random tips
These just work for me personally, I can’t promise they’ll do the same for you
if I’m trying to fast I never can if I tell myself “I’m not eating today” I always give in, so what I found works instead is if I pick a food i don’t really want but don’t hate and tell myself “if you’re hungry go eat (insert food)” but because I don’t want that food it works, ya feel?
something else is cOnSuMe AlL tHe IcE wAtER yOu CaN. I’m serious, idk why it fills me up so much (if anyone knows please tell me) but it doessss
also eating a lot of a low calorie food??? like grapes for example, 15 grapes is about 51-57 calories but that fills me up and then I’m not hungry the rest of the day. It’s magic, I swear.
I started working out at night, I’ll like the videos I’ve been following below (if I can figure out how to do that) if you wanna follow them. I’m sore af after only 2 days but I lost 2.6lbs so… worth it!
