Well I haven’t updated this thing in almost two years. My daughter is now two. We built a house and have been in it now for over a year. Richard and I have been together now over 4 years.
I used to log all my fitness stuff on here. But to be honest until today I had not stepped foot into a gym since before I was pregnant. I recently joined pure fitness. A new gym that is going to give the ymca a run for its money for 1/3 the price. Unlimited access to everything they offer. And if I need they have child care as well.
I also started drinking more water this past week. Trying to hit 70-80 ounces a day. Granted it has put me in the bathroom a hell of a lot more.
I once got my weight down to 180 and a size 12. I was finally comfortable again. But nursing school, miscarriages, depression and pregnancy all have lead me to where I am today. I am back up to 245 and in size 18. I am not happy with myself. So I am going to get back on track to be a healthier me. Not just for me but for my daughter too. I just had routine lab work done because I’m just so exhausted all the time. So fingers crossed it is all normal.
I am going to use this as an outlet for my fitness journey. Sure I’ll update Facebook and Instagram. I feel like a lot of people don’t like seeing people post about the gym an such nonstop on there. Well here’s to a healthier me.
