TW weight & disordered eating

I am trying keto and a workout program to get past a plateau in my weight loss journey. I had the gastric sleeve surgery in December 2018 and have lost 60 pounds so far. My mom (who has the same body type and shape as me) has made multiple comments on my weight and diet and I’m really getting frustrated. She puts so much pressure on me and I end up stressed out and feeling unappreciated when I really do so much for her. This has been an ongoing issue since I was a teenager even when I was a size 3. Her ex husband made comments to the point of hiding food and skipping meals and even passing out several times. I have told her everything she notices I’m 10x more aware and already know and she still continues. I am thankful for my husband for doing this exercise and keto with me but I just wish my mom’s version of “support” weren’t commenting on it constantly. -exercising (transform 20 on beach body)

-visit my bff in Australia

-taking my meds consistently

-read more (or listen to audio books)

Trying keto and @seeallenkelly and I have done 5 days of a 6 week workout program. Gotta save money on eating out and I’d love to get closer to my goal weight. I wanna feel good and like how I look.
