“Next to it works.” She nodded with a smile. “Sure, whatever you say.” She shook it off and left the shirt opened. “How helpful.” She sighed and looked around. “How about over there? Next and slightly in front of the window?” She asked, pointing it to the place. “Can you please get the decorations by the way?”
“Good, because I will treat you when we’re done with this decorating stuff.” He smirked and went for a peck on her lips. “Mhmm.” He mumbled in response and looked her up and down with an appreciative smile on his lips. “Yeah that’s a good idea.” He agreed and nodded. “Yeah of course, be right back.” He told her and walked out to get the box of decorations which he might or might not have brought from his dads house, he wouldn’t notice anyway. “Here it is.” He said when he returned back into the living room.
“You’ll treat me?” She asked with her eyebrows raised. While he went for the decorations, Summer got the tree out of the box and set it up in that spot they agreed on. She took the box of christmas ornaments from him and opened it, putting it down so they could both reach it. “Dibs on putting the star on top of it!” She yelled quickly before hanging a little angel on the tree.
