Holding Ren, he talks to the male not wanting to be rude. Later he’ll have to question Ren about his behavior. "Oh yes. Thank you." Aoba didn’t bother correcting the male. It’s no use trying to explain to everyone what he is. 

"Thank you for catching him for me. This is actually the first time he’s done this." He smiles thanking the male again to show his appreciation. When he realizes the male must have been going somewhere Aoba quickly apologizes not wanting to bother him. "Oh I’m sorry. You must have been going somewhere. It was very nice to meet you."

                ♆ ————; "Ah! You're welcome," Baldr smiled back pleasantly at the other male, before chuckling. "Mm... It could be because a lot of animals like me. I don't find that too strange at all." This wasn't the first time he drawn the attention of other animals, and even people. It was this strange charm of his, something his family and friends had noted. 

"Don't worry! Actually, I was heading nowhere. I haven't thought of a destination of where to go so I'm wandering around. Oh! My name is Baldr Hringhorni by the way."

"Wait up Ren, where are you going?" 

The male chases after his AllMate almost running into the blonde that Ren was caught by. "Ren, are you alright?" Like a protective parent, he takes Ren and checks him for any injuries before finally turning to look at the stranger who caught him. "Thank you and sorry about that."

                ♆ ————; "Woah!" Baldr almost took a double take when he had encountered the small, raven canine approaching him. He blinked in surprise, before his face lit up in a childish manner and picked up the Allmate. "Well, hello there, little one!"

"Uwaah~! You're so cute!" No sooner as he said that, the puppy's owner arrived, a man with blue hair who appeared to be around his age.

"Oh! You're his owner? What a lovely pet you have!"

                ♆ ————; "What a lovely day it is today! I wonder where should I spend my time at for the day?"

A New Place To Call Home

"Ah—! Hey, are you OK?" The other had fallen flat on his face…. quite literally. Hibiki quickly rushed over to his new roommate’s side and gently grabbed him by his shoulder to help him get up again. ”I’m so sorry. You must have tripped over something I left lying about.”

And here Hibiki had hoped to leave a good first expression on his new roommate. This first meeting was anything but ideal. Hopefully their next stop wouldn’t be the hospital. Although Hibiki was sure having to accompany his roommate to the hospital because of a broken nose on their first day of living together was going to be memorable, he would rather have something a little more pleasant to remember. 

"…You haven’t broken your nose, have you? Please, show me your face. I know a thing or two about giving first aid, so I can help."

                ♆ ————; However, as quick as he fell, the blonde male picked himself up again, sitting on the floor as if it was a normal routine.

And as usual, his feet tripped over air.

"No no! I am completely fine!" He smiled kindly, revealing that he was completely unscathed. It was as if he never fell flat on his face at all, save for the smudges of dirt on his face. "This is normal of my clumsiness! I'm sorry if I worried you already!"

Standing up, he did a graceful bow before holding out his hand. He liked his new roommate already! This was going to be a fun time.

"My name is Baldr Hringhorni! It is a pleasure to meet a kind roommate like you!"

"And I cannot forgive anyone who would deny a jellyfish its proper rest! Do you only value things when you want to eat them?" Tears welled up and spilled out of Clear’s eyes like waterfalls. "The jellyfish only got dirty because you knocked me down!" He did his best to gently brush the sand off the dead jellyfish, whispering a small apology to it. 

"If you don’t want to eat it anymore, then please let me send it off in peace!"

                ♆ ————; "Food is the necessity of survival! You cannot deprive a man of what he truly needs to live!"

"I will defend the honor of meat in the name of survival! Do not make me demonstrate that to you!"

Poising into a fighting stance, he glared down at the other, stubbornly unable to comprehend the white haired male's point. It was rare that Baldr would become so hotheaded like this, even to a stranger.

But by the man's actions and what he judged as "treason", his pride and love for meat was probably what he wanted to defend the most and refused to accept the other's argument.

"Uwaah-!" Before Clear could send the poor jellyfish to its rightful resting place, he was tackled from behind and fell face-first into the wet sand, dropping the sandwich and scattering its contents. He quickly propped himself up with enough force to push the blond off and wiped the sand off his face before collecting the fallen jellyfish pieces.

"I don’t like to use force, but I can’t let you eat this jellyfish-san! Jellyfish are precious friends, not our food!"

                ♆ ————; "Ahh... now it's all dirty..." His face fell at the loss of a quality-good jellyfish sandwich, not paying attention to the other's speech of jellyfish being their friends.

"How could you do such a thing?! Food is important! Meat is important!" The Nordic closed his eyes and clenched his fists tightly. For what reason should someone selfishly try to waste food like this?! It was a treason!

"I can't forgive you for sacrificing such a good sandwich like that!"

A New Place To Call Home

The taxi Hibiki had taken had long been out of sight by the time Hibiki had moved all his bags with his belongings one by one to the front door of Dahlia Apt. Room 2. Once he had taken the last bag up the stairs, he inserted his brand new key into the keyhole and turned it. With a soft ‘click’ the door opened and for the first time Hibiki stepped inside the place he would be calling home from now on.  

"Whoa… This place is huge," he said as he curiously looked around. It was no wonder there was so much space. He would be sharing this apartment with two other people after all! None of his new housemates seemed to have made it to Dahlia Apt. Room 2 yet, but there was no doubt in his mind they would arrive soon. 

"Better move all my bags out of the way before they arrive. When we’re all here we can talk about who takes which rooms and such. Man, I can’t wait."

Happy with his new place, he began to carry his bags inside. Before he could do any unpacking, there was one very important thing which had to be done, however. Muffy, his pet rabbit, needed to stretch her legs and explore the new place. 

"Muffy, look. This is your new kingdom," Hibki joked as he took her out of her travel basket and gently placed her on the floor, "But don’t go make a mess of the place now. I’ll be keeping an eye on you."

Only a moment later, he heard the lock of the front door being unlocked. Knowing it could only be one of his new housemates, Hibiki quickly made his way to the front door. 

"Hello! You must be one of my new housemates," he greeted the man at the door, "My name is Hibiki Kuze. Nice meeting you."

                ♆ ————; "Hmmm... I wonder how my new apartment will be like. It's the first time I'll be having roommates." The Nordic man chuckled to himself pleasantly. He didn't find the change in apartments bad.

Although he was a bit farther from his school now, he was much closer to the coastline, where he could spend more time now to set sail on his beloved family's boat. Not only that, he gained roommates, or so he heard. For some reason, under many circumstances, his family preferred him not to room with anyone.

It was strange, but now the conditions had changed. That was a pleasant surprise.

"I wonder... maybe I should hang a piece of that antique sail in the new apartment. It would make a great centerpiece."

And no sooner, did the blonde finally arrive to the Dahlia apartments. Before he entered, a stray cat approached him and meowed happily, earning a gentle pet from Baldr. He waved at it before entering the building.

"Room 2... Room 2! Ah! Here it is!" He chirped out happily, unlocking the door to his new home.

"Hello everyone! I'm here- WOAH-!"

As soon as the blond bit into the jellyfish sandwich, a earsplitting screech erupted from Clear’s throat. “Please stop!! No more of this!!!” He yanked the sandwich out of the man’s hands and sprinted toward the coastline.

"Don’t worry, Jellyfish-san! No one will hurt you anymore! I’ll set you free!!" Once he got close enough, he raised his arm, ready to throw the sandwich into the sea to lay the jellyfish to rest.

                ♆ ————; And the blonde male was quite shocked when his ever-so-delicious jellyfish sandwich was so rudely snatched from his hand.

At first he didn't mind, thinking that the other male must have loved that kind of meat very much to take it away from him like that. However, his amiableness quickly turned into surprise when the other male ran away from him with the sandwich.

"Wait! You can't eat and run at the same time!" Though, it didn't seem like the stranger was even intent on eating that sandwich.

As they reached the beach, the male in front of him stopped in front of the water, lifting his arm that held the sandwich.

And then Baldr realized what the other male's true intention was.

"NOO! You cannot do that!"

He quickly goes and tackles the yellow-scarfed man.

What a great selection of meat these sandwiches had! Clear smiled along without an ounce of suspicion until his jaw dropped in horror at the reveal of the last dish.

"W-wait, did you say jellyfish?!” He nearly screamed. He never knew that people ate jellyfish too. The beautiful, transparent sea creatures that he often compared himself to… that he had an entire song for.

"Uuu… reality is so cruel!" Clear began to cry.

                ♆ ————; "Eh?" Baldr blinked at him, already starting to take a bite of that particular sandwich.

"Mmm." Gulping down the bite, he smiled pleasantly at the white-haired male and nodded.

"Why yes it is! And it's quite good!" The blonde man chirped happily, clearly oblivious to the other's feelings.

"Would you like to try it?!"

                ♆ ————; "Pork ribs! Chicken! Lamb! Mackerel! And~!" Balder smiled back, presenting the last dish to the white-haired stranger. "My best friend suggested me this new kind of meat... jellyfish!"
