Ive been diapered 24/7 for a bit over 2 years with the goal of untraining my bladder but ive been stalled out at being able to wet anywhere and just being really comfortable in diapers with a bit of reduction in cruising rangefor moat of that. Do you have any advice for how i could try to get off this plateau? Thanks for any advice you can get me

I'm not sure what to say aside from keep doing what you're doing. Its a process that takes longer for some people. You just have to have faith in your diaper, trust that nobody notices and relax as much as you can for as long as you can.

If your diapers are high quality the thickness is awkward at first but your body gets used to them and if you're like me, then thinner diapers start to become less comfortable and secure feeling

1. Wear diaper without any problem

2. Mess and wet freely (😝🤩)

3. Change freely without complications

I personally work in hotel management and it couldn't be possible at all if however a guest would discover I am diapered😶‍🌫️

I'm a night auditor! Sometimes I get day shifts at the desk but it's not that much different. A high quality diaper, plastic lined covering and well fitting clothes make a world of difference. If you mess just change right away and don't worry so much.

Guests are worried about their room and amenities, not what the manager is wearing under their clothes. If they notice anything (which they virtually never will) they'll assume you need diapers and get back to asking for a discount or whatever guests do lol.

As far as changing goes, I've gotten super quick with it myself. I average about 3-5 minutes per change. If I don't mess, I can usually get away with changing on my normal 30 minute break. I haven't ran into any complications, I just bring my backpack into the stall with me and proceed with my business. It helps to remember that you're adopting the lifestyle of an incontinent person, as this is what you're aiming to end up with anyway. IC people don't get to choose when their diaper is full or when they're wearing.

I'm grappling with imposter syndrome about it sometimes. Like am I just psyching myself out or am I actually knocking down these milestones and becoming unpotty trained? The puddles on the bathroom floor kinda speak for this.

I ordered a pack of swim diapers that should be here by this weekend <3 can't wait to be able to swim again. I didn't have enough places last summer and now there's the beach and the ponds. Having swim diapers will be a total game changer

Hi! I want to fully commit to using diapers and living as someone who is incontinent. What advice do you have for managing the emotional and psychological adjustment? How can I build routines that help me feel secure and confident in this lifestyle? Also do you have a rough idea of how long it takes to get used or not notice as much the feeling of wetting?

I might have a hard time with those first two questions, but I'll do my best!

I seemed to have a more difficult time mentally when I was out of diapers rather than in them. I'd feel super dysphoric about my body when I was using the bathroom. Any hangups I had about it were quickly overshadowed by how "right" I felt when I made the switch to 24/7 and untraining.

I have a few routines, mostly hygiene based that help me feel confident. Shaving, showering often and using powder/body spray helps me not worry about smell. Reminding myself that nobody is looking for a diaper on me irl. If someone does notice (which hadn't seemed to happen yet) they're just going to assume you need them (which you've already committed to needing them, so this is okay!)

Most rational adults around you will be of the mindset that "Hey this person is wearing a diaper. I'm glad they aren't getting pee on my couches and floor"

As far as not noticing the feeling of wetting as much, not sure exactly when that was. After a couple months I could tell that my skin was getting used to the sensation of a wet diaper, but I still feel it externally. After about 4-6 months of diligently not holding it in, I started to notice that I was slowly losing the internal feeling of my bladder filling, and I was wetting with very little prior sensation. I still definitely feel it, but only when im like, less than a second from peeing. I hope this makes sense.

Messing is starting to become somewhat reflexive?? I was just standing at work and a soft mess filled the seat of my diaper with no real/conscious effort 🥰 I changed very quickly into a fresh diaper and now I'm just sitting here amazed at what just happened.

My body/brain understands not to hold it anymore or the muscles that I used to use down there have started to change physically.

Either way it feels so incredible to know that my untraining efforts are starting to have real results. If this is how things are 10 months in, I'm excited to learn what they will be like 1, 2, 5 and 10 years from now.

Went to the beach earlier today and only came back when my phone was about to die and my diaper leaked all over the seat of my pants on my bike ride home.

I'm going to go back out with the plastic lined pants I have and a thicker diaper once my phone is charged so I can feel more confident.

Its funny how slowly working towards untraining affects you. I started out feeling nervous and self-conscious because of my diapers. Now I feel nervous and self conscious if my diaper isn't absorbent/covered enough.

Sorry for the absence lately. I started my new job and took somewhat of a break from the internet for mental health reasons. I also figure at this stage that its best not to harp on my untraining and think about it all the time. It is, after all, the goal of unconscious voiding. I may not upload as much, but I am still very much diapered.

I’m aware that you’re over 200 days in. But in the beginning when you first started, how were going about actively untraining yourself? I myself have been wearing 24/7 for just over 70 days but would love to have my control dwindle further. Any tips or advice would be hugely appreciated

Sorry for the LATE response! I've basically been letting go whenever I have an urge and try to hold those muscles open for as long as possible afterwards. I know some of it has to be mental so I've been reminding myself throughout the weeks that I'm no longer potty trained and don't hold my pee or BMs. Its a very slow process and I'm still very confident that I'm not "past the point of no return" but my control is NOT what it used to be.

It's truly amazing how much I need diapers lately. Had to make some stops today after work to make sure I had enough to get me through until tomorrow afternoon.

My diaper bag has been upgraded as a result, too. Its better to have more than enough diapers for an outing than to run out. I'm also recognizing the importance of carrying a dry pair of pants, wipes, powder and a lot of plastic bags. If you're untraining, or going 24/7, you need to get REALLY cool with bringing a bag into the bathroom. If anyone bugs you about that, just say that you stink and you're gonna freshen up in the bathroom. Its not anyone's business what you're doing in there <3

New milestone passed oh my GOD! I got out of the shower and just peed all over the floor and my feet while I was getting my diaper and powder ready😳 my first genuine accident undiapered! Im stunned! Its working for real and I just had a pee accident within the 2 minutes it took to have a diaper ready. Everytime I wonder if I'm in a "spiral", my body goes out of its way to confirm it.

268 days into my quest. I'm feeling so many emotions right now. Its like a weight being pulled off my chest knowing that I physically need diapers more and more. Its so exciting to wonder where I'll be a year from now, or 2 years.
