I BEEN SAYING THIS !!!! You are so right. I think the retcon of "oh I wasn't in that tank" is SO lazy. Let him have been in the tank and let him be horrifically scared from it !!!! I would not be mad about them retconning his death of they did something other than totally disregard that entire fight. They might as well have told us to go fuck ourselves 😭 I always thought this but I thought it even MORE after I did the mission where you defeat him in the tank. That was HARD and you telling me it was all for nothing ???? I love it when people draw/render Graves with extensive scarring, I vastly prefer that headcanon as opposed to what they went with in canon

what are some of your favorite Black Ops Moments?

- Black Ops 1

Honestly I think this has gotta be around the end. From when Mason punched Hudson up to when Hudson punched Mason. Left hook from Mason and right hook from Hudson, love it. It makes me laugh. Hudson literally knocked some sense into Mason 💀 And also the entire sequence between those moments where Mason is stumbling around, remembering what was done to him and such. The voice acting in that is incredible

- Black Ops 2

I haven't seen a playthrough where Harper dies so this may be subject to change if I ever watch one where he lives. But as of now I think it has to be when David is told how his dad died. The way David and Woods interact, the voice acting, the way Woods acts while he talks about it, David's reaction– chef's kiss. I always adored their relationship, and the fact that David immediately does not blame Woods for what happened has always made me a little weepy

- Black Ops 5 / Cold War

I think making me choose is cruel. There are so many moments in this game I love! I do have some issues with characterisations, especially surrounding Hudson, but this game is still extremely dear to me even if my interest is pretty much gone. I really really love all the safehouse interactions and how they bring all the characters to life! Especially the ways that Woods and Mason interact with each other. I also love the way Adler's speech to Bell at the end was constructed

- Black Ops 6

The entire mission where Case is hallucinating, to be honest. I love the way it's constructed. I also love all the Woods scenes to be honest. It's really nice to see him again in that game, especially when he talks to or about Adler. And his lines about David made me really emotional </3

I have never interacted with 3 or 4 and I was supposed to get to 7 but I got sniped with a new interest before I got to it </3

Gold is probably the Main colour I associate with Bell. Mostly because gold Is the colour of a Bell! Also because of the colour of Separation, which wasn't originally a factor but someone pointed it out and they were very based

- Red

This is partially because of the red door and partially because I associate Any brainwashing victim in Call of Duty with red. Which I think the games themselves also do. I've also had it mentioned to me that Bell can be associated with red because Bell is/was a communist, which I don't personally really think about at all but I don't think it's invalid

very very tired of the innate assumptions of "all women will get pregnant and be a mother." like seriously. that excludes so many people. trans women, some intersex women, some disabled women, it invalidates trans men who get pregnant and excludes so many others, even people who just had a hysterectomy for health reasons or just don't want to do those things. like with my variation i will likely never be able to give birth whether I wanted to or not. it's so frustrating hearing people talk about how you'll have kids one day while knowing you can't ever do that.

This is intersexism, trans/misogyny, transandrophobia and ableism.

The weird fixation on pregnancy and motherhood is so harmful for pretty much anyone, especially feminized people. We need to, as a society, let go of the weird fantasy of the perfect trad wife motherhood dream and start supporting people who have kids here already or support people in their choices, whether its starting a family or staying childless.

Children aren’t the end all be all for life and you don’t need children to be a woman and you aren’t necessarily a woman if you do have children, parenthood is such a complicated life path and the narrow views of it is bonkers to me.
