"I ruined the show," is what came into Reaver's mind when he woke up. What was once the place he enjoyed now felt terrifying. People saw him fall. Saw him bleed. Saw the whole performance being cancelled.

SAW HIM FAIL.

His twin brother Phainon, Kamui, and Camu, all looked at him with concern, but all Reaver could do was offer his apologies.

"I'm sorry for ruining the show."

"I'm sorry for getting into an accident."

"I'm sorry for being a failure."

Camu blamed himself, but it wasn't his fault. Reaver wanted to reassure him that the accident was never Camu's fault, but no words came out. What use is his mouth if he couldn't even get a word out? What use is Reaver himself if all he can give is failure after failure after failure? Maybe the accident was his punishment.

He, who kept his eyes closed to the world around him because of fear, now couldn't see the world cheer.

He shouldn't have spread his wings and tried flying.
