i'm honne, also known as hiro, and i'll be playing hibiki (as well as a-ya in the near future) with you all! i've been rping for... much longer than i can remember, actually, and it'd be a lie to say that i'm not excited to see this group start up!

Cheren lets out a sigh, putting down his book and turning his gaze to his new roommate.

"Wanting a quiet place to study doesn’t exactly mean being locked away, you know. It’s better than trying to do my homework with people making a mess everywhere.”

The other's disdain is returned with a quick smile from the brunet, alongside an equally brief chuckle. Focusing on your studies and maintaining good grades was good, but...

What about everything else? Could it be that he's rooming with a real live hermit?

"Ahhh, well!" A cheery hum; finger raised. "Don't you know what they say? Studying with friends is always a lot funner, versus keeping to yourself all the time. Better grades, too."

"Hopefully it’ll stay that way.” Cheren adjusts his glasses, flipping the page of his book. Honestly, the quiet castle is a relief from the usual noise.

Cheren, right? That was his roommate for the time being.

"Hopefully? You can't just stay locked away forever, you know." Seems like a challenge to get through him, but trying never hurts!

“But! I guess it’d be my first day of preschool. The idea of being away from my mom for more than a second scared me, so I ended up pretty much glued to her leg! Turns out she had to stay for the day.” Chuckle. “What can I say, though? Wizard or not, kids are kids.”
