I hate this!

I hate that breast feeding needs to be normalised, I hate that people have made comments about me feeding my child in public, I hate that I have been made by family members to sit in a different room to feed my baby so not to embarrass them.

At the start of my breast feeding journey I would put a shawl over myself and baby when feeding…scared of judgement and scared to embarrass others and you know what? Fuck that! My baby is now 6 months old and like hell he would let me put a shawl over him even if I tried! I now feed without fear and freely and you know what, it’s amazing! Both myself and my amazing boy are so much happier!

I love my baby, I love that the first 6 months of his life I was able to feed him everything he needed, I love the bonding I love that I was lucky enough to have the chance to make such an amazing funny little crazy man.

So if anyone is offended by a breast feeding mother or thinks that women should only have there breasts seen in a sexual manner please kindly fuck off! I

Never in a million years did i think that i would have made it this far in our breastfeeding journey. In a few months time, we would have made it three entire years boobing. I adore being able to nourish her little body outside of my womb, as much as i did inside of it. Being able to snuggle, take in her smell and make everything better with some of mamas milk. It really is incredible.
