Handstands are for sure not my strong point in the world of yoga- and honestly I haven’t worked on them in a while. 🤸🏼‍♀️ Decided today to play around with them some while playing with Luna in the park this morning and was honestly surprised at how well it went. I clearly have a lot to work on in terms of alignment, but I no longer am scared to fall and was holding them for 5-10 seconds on many occasions, so for that I am proud of my progress!
