Since i was first to go (which sucked but i just whined to luke alot and got over it. sorry luke) I didn't really get to talk to much of you, which also sucks because you guys were all awesome. Anyways, this was my first role play and it was nothing less then amazing! I'm really happy I did get to be a part of it.

Thanks for telling me about this role play though, and it was *a word that means cool,nice but really weird* havin a rp romance (that sounds awkward why did we do it?) I hope you forget your entire english essay tomorrow because i love you.

The song that left with me

My time was short. The past weeks had been a blur and I it had felt like a life time since I had been back in my district. As she brought down the knife my life flashed before my fearful eyes.

I was watching myself grow up. I saw everything that I had forgotten. My Brothers face, his smile when he beat me a checkers, the annoyance in his eyes when we fought, the sound of his laugh. My Father's warm hugs and how I had to look up at him because he was so tall. As quickly as it had began, it finished. Ending with my last conversations with my friends/allies, Irma and Jayne and the special moments I had shared with Luke. Everything was over from then on. I had no life to live. As my spirit drifted off to the point inbetween the living and the dead, still unable to let go of the people I loved, the song played. The song that me and my grandmother danced to on that perfect day long ago.

This is were I say farewell. Breehana Lily Luna Delamarre.

||Melody v Breehana||

After a successful distraction Melody sprinted towards Breehana, unaware that the district 8 girl had already heard her coming. They paused briefly a short distance away from one another, their gazes locked on each other.

“Honey, there is no way out of here. You’re going to die,” Breehana said, raising her knife a little. Without warning, she pounced at Breehana’s feet, her knife flailing around trying to find contact. Breehana screamed as the cold metal sliced open an ankle, but managed to find the strength to pull herself away and back away a little further into the forest, leaving a crimson trail of blood behind her. She came to a stop after feeling the hard bark of a tree against her back, and ignoring the pain, pulled herself up through the strong branches.

“I feel sorry for you! Your whole life revolves around murder. What a life. You are just their toy, and you know that don’t you? But you still do as they say! You kill all these children, the ones that have lived and loved. You take away their life for your own, but why? What do you have that is more special than them? You should be jealous of them. Look at me. I am alive. I have a past, people who love me for me and not just for my ability to kill. I AM NOT ANOTHER TARGET FOR YOU.” Breehana shouted down from the tree, in an effort to enrage Melody. It worked, as Melody screamed, hitting the tree with her fists.

Day one in hell: LBTask1

We finally came to a halt when we thought we where far away from anyone. And then all of a sudden BANG!! BANG!! BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!! BANG!! six canons went off signifying the death of six tributes. Breehana looked exhausted and tired, I’m sure i looked the same way. We embraced each other and made sure each of us where ok. Then we sat down in the bushes to check Breehana’s bag, inside we found a full water bottle, 2 dried door sachets, 5 matches and a sleeping bag. We decided that we had enough food and water for the night so we decided that we would just camp for the night and hunt or find somewhere more safe tomorrow. A massive tree stood in front of us, Breehana wanted to climb it but i wanted to get away from it until we had a bigger group. So we decided to head back towards the grass area and camp up under an assortment of ferns and other strange plants. Hidden from view we started to snack on the food that Breehana got in her bag. After that she dozed off and i stood guard, when she woke we heard strange noises filling our little hide out. And before we new it two figures bursted through the bushes and looked as shocked as us. Before i could jump for a weapon Irma’s voice rang threw my ears. “Luke!!!” I got up and hugged her and Jayne followed by Breehana doing the same. After that we exchanged stories and what each had gained from the bloodbath, then with one of us on watch we started our slumber threw the night.

Caesar: Panem, I bring to you Breehana Lily, from district eight! *crowd cheers wildly*

Breehana: Its nice to meet you and all of you!

Caesar: *kisses her hand and leads her to the seat as the crowd continues to cheer for her* I have to say you are no Lily tonight, you are a rose! Loving the dress, darling! But do you think you have what it takes to get sponsors?

Breehana: Well great things can come in small packages, they shouldn't count me out just yet.

Caesar: Hear that, Panem! We got a fighter! *crowd cheers* But tells us what do you have in mind for the games?

Breehana: Mmmm well if I tell you, it wont be very surprising will it?

Caesar: Ooh, keeping us in suspense! I like that. Have you given any thought to what you might find in the arena this year? And idea what it'll be like in there?

Breehana: I think this year is going to keep everyone on their toes. There's a great mix of personalities, it's really a shame that 23 of us will be no more. (Looking out into the crowd, the majority of capitol people are smiling. They made me sick)

“yes I’m from 8, Breehana lily, It’s nice to meet you.” I say. I smile at her. She seemed a little edgy, but who wouldn’t, this person could be the one that kills you in a few days. I lean down on the railings and watch the traffic below me. The clean streets with blurs of pink and green hair bobbing along the side walk, the glow from shop windows lighting everything up. The cars rushing to get to their destinations. As much as I want to hate the people in this place, this place that feel like an entirely different world, It feels impossible that there are people starving close by. “So what do you think of this all?” I ask her.

I take a glance at her and see seeming to judge me. I lean against the railing again and look out, but not at the flashy lights and the sound of cheering. I look up, spotting the few stars hidden in the inky sky. “Unfair would be one of the words.” I say, before taking a glance slightly at her and smile a bit. “What do you think?”

“I just wonder who would think that killing children to prove a point was a bright idea. The whole thing is unfair, unless your child’s name will never get chosen. Then It’s just a game to you. Its revolting that watching kid’s murder each other has become what our lives seem to revolve around and I just wish that someone with brains had thought of a more suitable way to show who run’s Panem but the past cannot be un-written and I guess 23 of us will have to get ready for our death sentence, never experiencing the things in life that we should have.” I hoped that no one could over hear what I had just let out. But I only had a few days to live and holding back was not an option for me anymore.

I look at her, quite surprised but a small smile escaped on my lips. She understands me. I like it. “Exactly, I mean they never had to feel hunger or our living experiences.” I felt anger rise up in me. “Every year 23 young teens die, never having the chance unlike the only victor who will always be haunted with nightmares and feel guilty about the blood that will always been seen on their hands. It’s a disgusting game and I will never ever let them control me.” I say at last, making a promise to myself. I don’t care if any of the Capitol heard me, it’s true. I will not let them control me, if I die I will die with integrity.

Although, how lovely the words sound, they do control us, we are here for them, to fight to the death for their entertainment and we could not back out in any way. But telling this girl these things, this girl who’s name i didn’t even know, Made me feel better so I didn’t mention that thought to her. I counted her as a friend and hoped she did for me to. “I guess Do unto other as you would have them do to you doesn’t go through these peoples minds as they see what they are doing. They all must be like sheep, told what to believe is the right thing and never second guessing it. we’re are forced to make things for them all our live’s and they thank us by killing our children. I hope there are a few people out here, who turn off the t.v in disgust and hope that very soon, everything would change for the better.”

I nod before sighing sadly. “If only the whole of Panem stops watching it. No show, no entertainment equals no more Games. It’s just a show to them, if no one watches them, it’ll be over.” I scoff slightly “They root for their favorite they lose a stupid bet when someone dies. It’s disgusting.”

"If only." I say. It had been a while since I had come up to the rooftop, originality in search of Luke and I felt tired. I didn't really want to leave right now but I knew I'd need the sleep for whatever was coming up tomorrow. "Its been a pleasure talking to you..." I tried to think of her name but she hadn't told me.
