She's so pretty! The 1900 Victorian in Elizabeth City, NC is currently a tea house and an Airbnb, but there's potential for an owner's quarters on the 3rd fl. Or, it can just be turned back into a single family home. It's turn-key, everything is included in the 5bd, 2ba, 3,466sqft home. Everything for $650k.

The central hall is so bright and cheery. It has original pocket doors and you can just use the furniture to convert it back.

This must be the cashier desk.

They're using the dining room as the tea room.

So cute.

Across the hall, the Parlor is also part of the tea room. I already have that phone booth.

I wouldn't use this as an Airbnb. There are 5bds. and only 2 baths.

It's unfortunate that the fireplace was bricked up, but at least they left something.

This bedroom door says "Decor." I just see costumes in here.

This bedroom is beautiful and it still has its fireplace. I'm wondering if maybe this is the owner's current bedroom.

Airbnb guests would have to share this bath.

Up here, they started to make the owner's apt.

They're in the middle of construction.

This is a sunken bar on the right.

It's a large room with big windows, rock walls, a rock fireplace, and rock floor. The fireplace rocks came from the formation below the house.

This could be a dining room area.

But, it has an eat-in kitchen.

The bedrooms are very large. Look at how the glass goes right down to the ground. It's like living outside.

I can't get over the glass walls.

There's a nice pool.

A deck goes around the house.

Over here, there's a little guest house.

The guest house is downhill from the main house.
