2013 Hop City Homebrewing Competition
Following up last year's success with our Darth Earnhardt Espresso Milk Stout, the Brewdega crew is proud to announce that we've landed three top placements in this year's style categories!
Two in the Funk, 8.4% - A 95 IBU IPA 100% fermented with a house blend of Brettanomyces strains. - 3rd Place (IPA)
Pumkang, 8.7% - This pumpkin ale is the second iteration of one of our first home brews. - 2nd Place (Spiced Beer)
Agent Cooper, 7.3% - An old ale with locally-sourced black cherries and toasted figs which was aged on port wine-soaked oak for two months. - 2nd Place (Fruit Beer)
