Great Gueze.  Light and fizzy, with a touch of noble hop flavor. Hint of sourness gives it a kick. One of the best Guezes i've had.

My Imperial Red IPA. Brewed with copious amounts of Simcoe, Columbus, Centennial, and a touch of Amarillo. US 2-row Pale and Carastan make up the mass of the malt with 2 oz of pale chocolate malt for that nice red hue.
