Introducing Firestar’s fan club~ I decided to upload Spottedleaf and Sandstorm together, because while I was designing the two of them I kept thinking about how I wanted one to contrast the other.

I specifically wanted Spottedleaf to be more round and petite compared to Sandy, with large pretty eyes and long lashes, as well as a beauty spot. She’s designed to look absolutely beautiful since it’s often mentioned how gorgeous she is in the books.

In comparison, I wanted Sandy to look a little more ‘homely’. She’s not beautiful in the traditional sense of the word, but she’s still pretty in her own right. Her eyes are a lot smaller in contrast to Spotted’s, and she is more angular as well as a little scruffy. She’s not as pretty, but she really is the one for Firestar.
