I know that things aren’t always great and everything but, he is my dad. Even if biologically he isn’t Braxton’s. And he’s never made that much of a secret. I know you would, but having your house as a refuge when we need it is more than enough. 

I dunno, marrying a villain sounds exactly like something I would do. Maybe we should test any future fiancees I have. Make them duel with someone good and pure like you or Braxton just to see if they’re not the villain.

Way too much to ask for. Braxton has already gotten the brunt of his anger, but we got him a bottle of whiskey for fathers day, so he’s just diving into that. Do I even have a pair of favorite sunglasses anymore? Maybe the star shaped ones. They look super cute on me.

I’ve missed her. I put on my favorite pair of leather pants today just for funsies because they’ve felt too tight the past couple of weeks and they finally fit perfect again. Which means I’m definitely back to my norm. Maybe fun Claudia can come out and join me for a night on the town? We can harass Brax at Pazza and throw the crust of our pizza at him or something.

I can’t wait to play with the puppy!!! I’m so thrilled for you. Hopefully training her won’t be super hard. Are you letting her sleep in your bed or are you having her sleep in a crate for a while?

I’m still in shock with how sudden they moved, but I guess in the long run, it’s for the best. Dean just seemed like he was going to be stuck in this vicious cycle of not opening up and then lashing out. Hopefully new scenery will help him.

But yes, please on the partying and the pool! It’s so much better to be intoxicated for fun reasons.

Obviously she’ll be sleeping with me in my bed, what else are puppies good for? Jack’s super pissed, but he isn’t about to tell me to get rid of her. He knows his place in the house at this point. 

I’m sure it wasn’t just all of Dean’s fucked up shit he was going through, but, whatever. I can’t say I’m all that heartbroken about it. The only person he actually seemed to give a shit about anymore was Charlie, so, let them weep for each other. I’m #outie. 

We need to have some fun. I can barely remember what fun feels like and I am just - I’m done being exhausted and angry and sad. I wanna be fun Brin again and let loose.

I think that was the quietest birthday I’ve ever had. 

I mean, granted, Bandit tried her damnedest to make it as loud as possible, but with just Brax, Band and I at the lake, it was pretty calm, all things considered.  Granted, with the moving trucks in front of the Grady’s, I think it’s safe to say that things might finally head back to normal - or at least, a more relaxed normal as we could get. And I, for one, am ready to actually, legitimately party again like we used to. 

Who’s in? Another break in to the public pool? It’s been weeks since we’ve done it and I know fo sho that we’re all in need of a little fuckin’ chaos right about now.
