For Skins characters it takes place after series six has ended and before Pure/Fire/Rise. It doesn't mean that there will be less drama. Sasha Vasiliev | OC: Grigoriy Dobrygin | TAKEN | Original Characters

BIO: Sasha Vasiliev, 28, is one of six remaining children born to Mikhail and Irina Vasiliev in Kazan, Russia. They originally had ten. He has a fraternal twin, Taisia; two older brothers Abram, 31; Viktor, 30; a younger brother Yev, 20 ; and one younger sister Nika, 17. A set of twins died close to childbirth. He attended King’s College in London and graduated with a degree in international business. He speaks 6 languages and maintains residences in Amsterdam, London and Berlin. His family has legal business holdings in ten countries in Europe, Asia and the Americas. His family has long-standing ties to Russian Bratva as his elder brothers are active high-ranking members. His father is retired but retains a lot of influence within the brotherhood. Because of a tragic incident, he tends to be inordinately calm through most things. When they were 13, Sasha and Taisia were kidnapped from school along with Ilia and Pyotr. Pyotr, 14, was killed straight away as a message to his father. With the twins present, Ilia, 17, was tortured and sent back in pieces. Sasha himself was beaten and tortured. His sister Taisia was given the choice of being raped or take part in torturing Sasha. She held off on hurting him once. The rest of the time she did what she was told. He makes connections but doesn’t keep anyone close for long.

Leo Azevedo | FC: Marlon Teixeira | Open | Original Character

BIO: Born and raised in Brazil. Leo’s family is the highest of wealth in the country. He’s used to getting what he wants. He’s used to always looking the best too. He’s had enough of living at home and has decided to do some high money spending and traveling around the world with two of his friends. They settled in London for now. The constant partying, drugs, drinking, and sex hasn’t gotten old for him. He buys the best from the best he can find near him. Leo has his head held high and he doesn’t like it when someone shoots him down. He also hates when his ego is lessened. Leo likes when people do what he says, since he’s been used to it since he was a kid. He’s very close with his family and calls weekly to speak and check in. He does the same with his sister wherever she is on the globe. Leo’s bad habits follow him from constantly biting his nails to possibly taking his drinking too far. He can have some anger issues when he drinks too much, but he’s working on it.. sometimes. He doesn’t like when people tell him his faults. Some might think he’s a little emotionless since he does whatever he wants and creates a storm when he doesn’t get his way. He’ll eventually learn that money doesn’t always talk or get you what you want. Leo needs to learn to express himself in a healthy manner, even his friends agree and have brought up taking up boxing.

Jayden Sanders | FC: Jarod Joseph | Open | Original Character

BIO: Sanders is from Brooklyn. A smart kid that wheedled his way into an internship overseas. Now he’s traveling abroad to England, but instead of the dream job he hoped with maximum slack, he was stuck in Bristol pushing tax forms and a shitty office. They caught on quickly that he wasn’t as bright as he played off to be. Sanders is very manipulative and can convince most people to do what he wants for them, with a bit of bribery. He’s always been that way which left him skimming through life easily, until now. He’s bunked in a hostel that’s paid for by his work, but the place is shit and ridden with bugs or dealers on the floor below him. He’s strong willed and a bit cocky. It takes a lot to break him down, even in a physical fight. Sanders has endurance, which has left him constantly going through life. He doesn’t contact home much, since calling cards are expensive and his step-father is always the first one to answer. He has yet to experience the party scene in Bristol, but with a few quiet glances he’ll be able to sniff out a party in no time. He doesn’t mind taking out to the woods and shooting a few empty beer bottles, his gun is unregistered but he doesn’t really care. Not like he’ll get caught anytime soon. He’s trying to make the best out of his narcissistic lifestyle. He’s not insecure, he’s not fearful of many things. He knows he’s a daredevil but he doesn’t care to show off to people. He does what he wants, when he wants, even if it means he has to be a little aggressive. He doesn’t like no for an answer in every instance, which brings his manipulative side out best. It takes a lot of bonding time to get him to care about anyone besides himself. He doesn’t want to change.

Devon Hobson | FC: Ruta Gedmintas | Open | Original Character

BIO: Devon’s someone that people usually do or don’t like to be around. She enjoys partying, she definitely enjoys sex, and can get a little out of control when she’s not in the right mindset or on the wrong drugs. Some of her hobbies include photography and working in her makeshift darkroom at her studio flat. She doesn’t have much money or furniture, Devon usually pawns anything she finds of steals. She’s pretty cheap when invited out with mates, making broken promises on paying them back. She takes photos of anything she can, being an armature photographer doesn’t bring much cash in, but she always tries. Devon will always be at a party, pub, or bus stop trying to score her next fix of spliff. She’s avoided relationships and plans on keeping it that way, mindless sex is so much better. Most people deem her as lazy and rubbish, since she doesn’t try to care much about her appearance. Devon is out to survive, not live for other people. If there’s a way to have a good time, she’ll take it. Unfortunately, no one’s really there for her, due to her own problems of pushing people that want to be close away and some nasty habits of stealing. It’s just the way she is and at times Devon wishes she wasn’t that way, but it’s too late by the time she regrets something. With her family nearly disowning her, she’s got to make it on her own for now.

Evelyn ‘Eve’ Logan | FC: Aja Naomi King | TAKEN | Original Character

BIO: Evelyn Logan is an aspiring investigative news reporter/writer who moved to Bristol when she was 10 years old. She goes by Eve and takes classes at the university part-time to further her career. Eve can always find the right words for an article or a news report but struggles with being herself around her family, particularly when it comes to her sexuality. With her older brother Eric already living as a gay man, Eve has convinced herself that two sexually diverse people in one family would be too much for her parents to handle. She has only revealed her secret to her past lovers and a few mates who stumbled upon the information on their own. Eve knows suppressing this part of herself is dangerous but is too scared to come clean. Despite her double life, Eve enjoys getting to know new people. Her public image is very important but she has the most fun when she can be completely casual. Eve has the mouth of the sailor unless she’s doing a report. She’s usually considered charismatic except when it comes to approaching potential romantic interests. Eve often worries her secret will be spilled if she gets too wasted so she stays away from most drugs, though her emergency flask of tequila is a constant in her purse. She is determined to achieve her goal of being a reporter on an international station and figures everything will fall into to place once she’s on prime time.

Connor “Carver” Huxley | FC: Michael G. Terry | TAKEN | Original Character

BIO: Connor was the youngest of three children. From a young age, he was headstrong and determined. He managed to get out of college early and into Oxford university. Once graduating from Oxford, he bypassed a medical career and took a position with the coroner’s lab servicing Bristol. Relations with his parents and siblings weren’t the best. It was mutual disregard. Thanks to Damien, his cousin on his father’s side, Connor made the acquaintance of Luke Martin, before attending Oxford. That meeting between Luke and Connor exposed the potential in each other. Where Damien was good at drugs, Connor had a completely different skill set. It involved a combination of street smarts, book smarts and a fascination with knives.While most of the Lost Boys dealt drugs and served as muscle, Connor’s position allowed him access to police records and evidence in criminal deaths. When Luke asked, Connor was more than willing to extract information – be it from a computer, records or a human. All with the same efficacy.

Mackenzie King | FC: Ruby Rose | TAKEN | Original Character

BIO: She is Buddhist and immigrated to America from Australia with her parents for her father's job. They left America, and she stayed behind until she had to move further. She has multiple tattoos all over her arms and body and she isn’t ashamed of how she looks. Mackenzie is very comfortable in her skin. Mackenzie or Mac or even Kenzie has her own sense of style and identity. Kenzie identifies herself as gender fluid, which some people don’t seem to understand but it isn’t like Kenzie gives a fuck. She’s older and more experienced now, unfortunately she’s been moved from country to country due to her criminal activity. She’s currently on the run but no one would find her in Bristol. She has a few hobbies, DJing and making music are good enough for now. She also has a part time job at a tattoo parlor in outer London where they just started letting her do smaller line work. Mackenzie dresses androgynous or depending on how she feels, differently. She’s hard to pin down when she’s being flirtatious or too confident about herself. There’s a natural aura that people seem to be drawn to that makes her seem trustworthy. Her past is her own and she won’t tell it to anyone that she had just met. Doing time in prison has made her trust go down immensely.

Ana Gunnarsson | FC: Natasha Negovanlis | TAKEN | Original Character

BIO: Ana is a girl that keeps to herself. She's been on her own for a long while so she's used to being a loner. Ana doesn't smoke cigarettes, but weed is okay in her book. She doesn't care much for clubs, but it doesn't stop her from going with a few mates. Ana believes a closer circle of friends or just one best friend is enough. She bikes and walks places, public transport is her only style. Music is nice, but it doesn't define her. Ana likes what she likes and she doesn't have to prove anything to anyone. She's unsure how she feels about people... she's not necessarily attracted to anyone at the moment, but it could change any time if she met the right person. Most times, Ana is stone cold so she doesn't get close to people. She also speaks her mind when necessary. She's constantly wandering around looking for something to do or someone that catches her attention. She likes mythical information, old books, witches, and a few darker book styles. Ana is a serious person, often sad sounding or moody. But given the right circumstances, there's a light at the end of the tunnel. Ana keeps searching in this world, but she hasn't found that "thing" to keep her going in a constant motion.

BIO: Mya Shaw was born blind. She grew up in New York with her overprotective parents. After graduating high school at the age of 18, the only thing she asked for was a plane ticket to visit her cousin Joesph in Bristol. Unbeknownst to everyone else, Mya didn’t plan on ever going back to America. Mya plans on making it in Bristol by finding a job where she can sing full time. She can come off as very introverted when she first meets people. Mya doesn’t let her handicap define who she is. She’d rather do things on her own than have someone feeling sorry for her. Mya has never felt different from anyone else despite her disability. She never dwells on the obvious and often finds herself covering it up through humor.  She’s into girls and boys, loving and being loved.

Joseph Briggs | FC: Lucien Laviscount | TAKEN | Original Character

Bio: Joseph has always been a loner wandering about England for a decent amount of time. He loves taking holidays and is only tied down to Bristol for the university. Joseph has a bit of money, only from a freak accident that caused his parents to die just a few years ago. He’s spent the money on things.. that’s it. Joseph can be really materialistic at times, but it’s just his way of coping with being alone and putting his mathematical skills to use. He has no siblings besides an older sister who narrowly escaped the same fate as his parents. Joseph barely reaches out to her or anyone unless it’s an absolute emergency. He doesn’t like to admit that being alone is well… lonely, but he holds his head high and keeps on going. He’s unsure of what his future will hold. Joseph has many options but he’s stuck in a circle of spending money and not making a difference like he wanted to, especially in his academics. He’s a decent artist and tattooing was an interest at one point in time. He loves the idea of working with numbers, but hasn’t gotten far with that either. In terms of romance, Joseph likes a challenge and is well aware that he's a good looking lad. He dislikes easy hookups and is more interested in quality over quantity. However, Joseph is quite sexual and unsure about much more. Joseph challenges himself daily for no reason at all. He sets goals and tries to accomplish them. He’s a non-smoker but drinks regularly when he’s not on a detoxing cleanse.

BIO: A shy boy with a bit of an attitude, Tom had just parked himself in Bristol with his mother. After his father ran out on their family, the Bennett’s have been left on the poorer side of Bristol near the outskirts. Tom does what he can, when he can for food and money, but there isn’t much left in the town without taking things to the bad route. He’s considered it, his little sister Tabitha counts on him to protect her. His mother does the same. He has a bit too much responsibility and he sometimes can’t handle it all. The only vice he has is his music and minor guitar skills to blow off some steam. He has trouble making friends due to his constant kleptomania. Tom steals what he can for his family and when his mates found out they tossed him aside. With the new town there are more opportunities for mates but more to drop him to the side as well. Tom can have anger issues when dealt with in time of stress. He cares more about his family than anything; even enough to drop out of college with only one semester left to go. He isn’t the brightest, but he has faithful street smarts compared to book smarts. Tom’s never had a girlfriend but has had his fair share of hookups when they thought he was someone he wasn’t. He isn’t proud of it but at least he wasn’t set off as a virgin his whole life. He’s a chain smoker since it calms his nerves, he grabs spliff when he can if he doesn’t have to pay. He tries to stay away from alcohol due to his mother. His father was a deadbeat alcoholic that never treated them right anyway. They’re now better off trying not to find him.

Charlie Kelly | FC: Hannah Britland | TAKEN | Skins Rise Character

BIO: Charlie has always been attracted to the wrong type of person. She's an avid drug smuggler for her boss, mostly because everyone looks the other way when she steps in the room. She's not afraid to say what she wants and do what she needs to be happy. Sex is nothing special for her, but she keeps most of her life a secret from anyone that wants to care. Charlie can be very manipulative if needed be. She acts like nothing can scare her with her tough outer shell, but at times the loneliness can get to her. She doesn't like to be alone and she likes to find out any bit of information she can about someone she's interested in. Charlie can beat down anyone mentally. Just give her the time and sex appeal to do so.

Short Bio: He's out of jail and finished his community service. Cook managed to keep his job at Fishponds and live above the pub in his flat with a few mates. He's still fucking up but not as largely as he had in the past.

Short Bio: Liv's had a fallout with her mates due to the past events. Her constant party nature is leaving her tired and deserted in the end. She's lonely but refuses to acknowledge it. She's had a few stomach pains but refuses to believe it's anything out of the ordinary. She misses Alex and her mates, but she hates people not taking sides on the whole issue from Morocco. Liv has a grudge that she will not put to rest.

Luke Martin | TAKEN | Skins Minor Character

Short Bio: Luke has been the king of the west side of Bristol and further. He's in hiding since Matty ratted him out about the drugs in Morocco. His gang has been the same, with him as their leader so far. His privileges have been taken a little too far and now he's put himself into a nasty bit of trouble. Hiding in another part of Bristol is best for now. He's still on the hunt for domination over anyone and anything.
