Day Late day 1

I said I wanted to 'Plan one out' but kinda life got crazy.. my brother kept bugging me about playing a Legend of Zelda OoT MM rom with items in random places.

Taking a random 12×12 i thrifted and picked a bunch of colors I like no reason.. i got no idea what i am gonna do.. but day one is a black cat cause cats...

Day one.. maybe should have put farther from the edge... IDIOT ME.

Does anybody have any good free patterns similar style to this?

symetrical, line style picture? Not sure how to explain if anybody gives me ideas i thank you. (What do you mean i have to many wips..i only got 5 on the go.. and some knitting.. and a crochet project.. can one really have tooo many?)

I not good at these counted ones.. but i saw it at the thrift store un-opened for 75 cents.. my mom does not understand and got grumpy about me buying to many kits... but i had to it was such a good deal and i love the subject matter..

I simply used a pixel or a yoshi egg i found via my search engine. Its pretty basic but i like how it turned out.

Gonna be a little dangly thing on my purse. I am just thinking about stitching a piece of felt on the back or it.. or if i am to lazy and do not wanna.

Halloween!

i found this one at the thrift store for 1$ (all that was done was fright and tricks)

Also got the frame at the thrift store (yes i know its not in there right i was working on it and just wanted a picture)

Been working on it off and on for a while figured i wanted to finish it.

I did some changes cause why not! I will say all my changes below the line

I also wanna note this inspired me to make my own typography cross stitch so the next project is that...(what do you mean i should go back and finish one of my other projects)

1. My ghost is Green cause why not

2. I added little teeth to my spiders

3. Werewolf at bottom instead of another haunted house...

4. My candy is green and orange

5. My bat is different, pointy ears.. i kinda disliked all the gaps

6. I messed up my cat so silhouette also moved it down. Made a perfect spot for my initials

My mistakes i wanna point out what I messed up see if i make less as i do more cross stitch

The tree, cat, pumpkin, hat, R.I.P (had to change haunted cause my hat was fudged, monster got moved cause pumpkin was off,

honest opinion... i am probably never buying a dmc kit again

But i do love it still... i got it cause i needed a much needed project to take along to visit my family

its a super cute pattern... i just kept running out of thread...not sure if that just means i suck at cross stitch.. XD (yes i made some errors but that just makes it special.. i can see my huge mess up in the mint green... i also choose to forgo the white lines)

Plus the patterns paper was getting holes in the folds when i was only halfway done wish they could give you a link to a digital copy qWq..

2 personal, my floss seems to have run away.. i will find it its in a old candy tin....FOUND IT

3 Halloween Typography from Fat Quarter (i found it for 1$ at thrift store with just fright and tricks started)

4 Personal, also unsure what to do i had a pixel art i made but its gone.... maybe i should just say this is it!

6. The other part of mysterious forest (i am doing it as 2 bookmarks myself)

Cross my heart safe harbor (this was not a good buy for my first project, i had done couple dollar store ones but this was my big one) but i found it at the thrift store it looked like it had everything.. it didn't it was missing a knot of thread colors ~8$ later i kinda realized it was a lot of work i recently picked it up again. (Originally i just had the boat partially done and some water))

Once again used a google image search as a reference you can find it easily by searching stitch pixel (there are multiple of the same posted so i do not know the original artist) edited to my liking.

(One day i hope to create something original but my fudged)

Finished piece on 16 count aida is ~ 4cm square (bit smaller)

Once again i am making a patch probably or finding a mini album to have my mini cross stitches saved in

If anybody is interested i used this to figure out the best way to make it a patch

not my video btw just sharing

Note if doing a square patch for a weird shaped cross stitch i recomend doing a half stitch around 2 stitches or whatever you want away from said main piece (probably makes 0 sense)
