In the Cold Breeze That I Walk Alone
Amaltheia took a light whiff of the air surrounding her. The copperish smell she got when she felt an open wound was staggering. Someone was losing blood and a good amount of it. There was another scent. A familiar one. Licking her lips, she recognized another kin without much difficulty. Her blue eyes scanned the area around her. Before settling on him. The limp. He was definitely the source. Briefly, she hesitated due to the fact he might brush the help aside. But, if she did not offer something soon, this could become dire for him.
“You are injured,” While she is stating the obvious, the kind voice is soft. Void of any conflict he might see coming. “what is keeping you from healing properly? Is it silver?” Wolves can naturally heal on their own, not usually needing aide. Only when silver or wolfsbane come into contact with them does it make them more mortal, due to the fact that until the stipend is removed – they cannot heal.
The voice caught his attention, as much did her scent. She was much like him, if not for a few differences. Whereas she shifted into a Wolf, he was a Wolf who could take the form of a human to survive. Though a common thing they shared was a weakness to Silver, though the reasoning was different. Either way, it still weakened him, made him bleed out. Straightening slightly, he watched her for a moment.
He gave her a nod, purple gaze dull. "Yes, it's silver," He murmured -- Shifting his weight so that his bad leg was off of the ground slightly.
