The world will tell you that you're imperfect and yes I have believed in what it told me and being a pessimist I even tried to breakdown the word and change it to "I'mperfect!" And I thought well that sounds way better👌🏼 while I wrestle with this notion I know there's a lot of people out there that except the fact that we are not perfect. Only problem is once you go through life believing that you are imperfect and worse yet accept it you're set up for the next lie which is life is a struggle and it doesn't end there "work is a grind" and so on😁 my point is that why not look at the fact that God uniquely created all of us with a purpose! He did not create any imperfections! So find that purpose that gift that He instilled in you and live it! Live life with purpose and instead of seeing life as a struggle rejoice in the fact that no matter where you're at in your life God is with you every step of the way...be open and truthful with Him and confide in His words and you will find much more joy and love around you🙌🏽 my point is simply that we have choices in life it's how we choose the right one with a sense of purpose, joy, and love instead of going through life being lied to , categorized, and pigeon holed by the world. Once you take a step back and start to see life in a more positive way, I can guarantee that it will be 100% better👊🏼 Have a blessed day🙌🏽

To have nothing yet lack nothing at the same time is a state of being that can be hard to grasp but once achieved will bring unlimited joy and richness to your life. It gives you the freedom to make a difference in other people's lives because you are not bound to anything🙏🏼 I'm building an empire upon the rock which God has set for me. It has nothing to do with all the worldly possessions this place has to offer. That was the old me. Like everyone else I was told to get a degree, a good job, buy a house, a car, and invest invest invest. Being an overachiever, I not only got one degree but two then come a beautiful home a few cars that includes a sports car that tops out at 168 (yes that's the fastest I've gone on land) and invest I did. Impressive I know right? But those things are fleeting and only brought me more greed and stress and a perceived happiness there was no end to the madness. To make a long story short I was a slave to the world without even knowing it! It made me compromised my belief and made me who I was not! And I had the nerve to think that I was a good Christian because I tithe 10% of my earnings and go to church every Sunday. But only by the grace of God that has all changed. He put a stop to it made me go through a long spiritual fitness journey that includes countless trials and hardship that I never really questioned yet I know was right and has brought me to where I am today and needless to say I'm very thankful to Him for that. As God's people we must go beyond the prayers and the one liner inspirational quotes! Praying and quoting is not enough we must do something about it! With that being said God has planted a seed in heart to pass on the skills and knowledge that He has endowed me with to underprivileged communities and I'm running with it! Imagine a non-profit gym that is free where families that cannot afford a gym membership can come get fit spiritually as well as physically and get advice on not just on fitness but on life at the same time. Yes it sounds crazy but I trust God with all my heart and I know He's got my back 🙏🏼 Have a blessed and safe weekend everyone🙏🏼 @billgates @kurt13warner @mannypacquiao

From a great back and biceps workout last Sunday. For back went basic with bent over barbell rows regular and reverse grip 4 sets to failure each (8--12), single arm DB rows 6 reps per side heavy 4 sets, seated cable Ross's 4 sets 8-12, and finished with high reps standing wise grip lat pull down 3 sets of 15+. For bis went with seated DB curls, DB hammer curls, reverse grip pull-ups, close grip ez bar curls, and finished with overhead cable straight bar curls all 4 sets of 8-12 🙌🏽

Life is a collection of moments that if we don't make the time to create will fall to the wayside of relative nothingness. Personally last night I can honestly say that after going 14 straight days of 12 days of hard labor I had to sit at the gym parking lot for at least an an hour debating in my head to see if I really have enough in the tank for a nasty back and biceps workout. In the end the heart wants want it wants and I ended up with one of the best workouts in weeks. Don't fall for the fool's gold offered by the world it's the gravity that pulls you down from flying high like the Eagles that you are! Create the moments for yourself and the people you love👊🏼 Keep pushing and have a great week! 🙌🏽🙏🏼

I always get ask how I keep my leanness all year round. My answer would always be that I eat with a purpose. The question that I always ask myself before I eat is "what is it going to do for me?" Once you understand this question and inform yourself on the types of food you eat to get to where you want to be then you will get abs all year round. There's no off season! Being healthy is a daily thing it's not a grind! In fact you're grinding away the junks that's been built up for years and years lol 👍🏼🙌🏽

All the trials that you go through are His way of building a stronger, smarter, tougher version of YOU! I know because I'm one of his long term projects lol every trial that I go through humbles, tempers and prepares me for what's ahead! Take time to inform yourself be a selective sponge absorb what is useful and discard what is not (I think Bruce Lee said that haha) don't just believe the hypes. There's no shortcuts to learning whether it be fitness or life. So get out there this week and be motivated and inspired by the fact that you're doing something good for your body not just for a day, week, month, or year but for a lifetime.
