Here's the final update on the snapbacks, and it's definitely not a good one.
After waiting a solid 4-5 months after we've sent about $2k for production of the Ingested and Abominable Putridity hats it's been nothing but excuses from our partner in production on these hats, Famt Wang aka Robert Scott, as to why they hadn't been produced yet. First, it was a designer error Brutal Gear and friends were waiting on. He needed somebody to make the correct hat templates so that he could design them correctly and avoid the imperfection error that were on some of the original Kraanium hats. And obviously because of our agreed obligations singled out to us as solely distribution and him solely production, we would have to wait on him to fix this alone. After waiting a good while on the mystery designer lady and other similar minute delays that caused weeks worth of wait (close to months?) we were informed by Wang that we couldn't get our hats now because of a religious holiday in Pakistan in June-July. After various talks between him and I (Todd) we convinced him to seek a quote from some other production place of his (this time in Mexico). After about another week we heard back from him. He explained how his current living condition had made it so that he SPENT OUR production money on his getting by and has done nothing but cheat other bands and labels like Disentomb and NSE trying to pay everyone back with his "latest and greatest" merch attempt(s). He's promised to get us the hats and pay us back for all of the paypal disputes that we've had to come up with the money for ourselves when this was a dual venture in the start but with all the delays and lack of further evidence Brendan and I are pretty sure that's a damn lie. We've contacted most of the bands already and they'll tell you the same thing we're saying. It's just a shitty situation we're in altogether, guys.
As for repayment to those of you who have ordered any snapbacks besides the Kraanium ones, we're working on a brand new 500 unit cd release to bolster our inventory and get funds circulating again... we're working in the hopes that something we're finally in charge of again and producing 100% ourselves can bring us back, pay you guys back after both of us getting ripped off, and continue to release and distro some of the heaviest and best metal around...
REFUND INFO: Please be patient with us. We're slowly but surely going through and refunding everyone we have the spare funds to at the moment. Keep in mind that all of our money for these hats were ripped off from us and it's our daily CD/merch sales that continue to refund you. If you're interested in maybe switching out your hat order(s) for other cds/merch at our store just shoot us an email and we will work that out.
Brendan and I seriously hope you guys understand the situation and will give us the time we need to fix this for you and us.
