“There is no way to ask you to forgive me for the misery and pain which I have caused you. I can only ask you to believe that I have done the best I could and that since we first met I have loved you with whatever I had to love you with. You are my dream, the only pleasant thing in my life.”
— Zelda to F. Scott Fitzgerald, 1935
“Things that matter are not easy. Feelings of happiness are easy. Happiness is not. Flirting is easy. Love is not. Saying you’re friends is easy. Being friends is not.”
— David Levithan

Stunning Hand Painted Tights Mimic Tattoo Designs on the Skin
Bulgarian designer Silvana Ilieva from Tattoo Tights TAUL designs stunning hand painted tights, influenced by ancient Asian techniques. Inspired by animal and floral imagery, Ilieva offers a wide range of designs.
Skillfully and manually painted on, the artist’s work is a modern interpretation of ancient Asian techniques. She confesses: “Our painting method is a modern interpretation of ancient Asian techniques. Compared to printing, it results in softer, deeper and warmer color tones. For greater durability and strength the fabrics are further infused.”
The results duplicate the appearance of vintage and contemporary tattoos on the skin. Get them here!
