It’s 2096 - in the strive for the biggest and best gadgets, humanity has nearly destroyed Earth’s natural resources. The remaining wealthy compete to see who can come up with the next best idea, while the remaining 90% of the population struggle for food. Demonstrations of these ideas can be destructive, and often decimate resources that the world cannot afford to lose. 

But the Elite are always watching, making sure the wealthy never go overboard. They protect the common people and will halt any foolish behavior that could be dangerous to the general welfare of the people. They are the guardians of Earth. With them, balance can be found. If they fall, the world falls with them.

And now, the Elite are threatened.

Money is power. And power is everything. It’s 2096 - the thirst for technology is stronger than ever. With less than 10% of the world’s population having enough money to put food on their table daily, being rich is a big deal. The members of the wealthy class, termed the Elect, strut their stuff, showing off and competing against each other in an attempt to reach the coveted top spot on the World’s Wealthiest list. Being the name at the top is essentially the same as ruling the world; that’s a lot of power in a single person’s hands.

To keep the Elect under control, an underground world of Assassins monitor the activities of the public. They protect the common people and guard the remaining resources. Hidden from the wealthy through carefully woven secrets and codes, the Elite are there to keep someone from reaching that top spot who should never be there. 

And now a name has surfaced. A name that everyone, Elite and Elect alike, seems to know, but which nobody seems able to place with a face. A name so powerful, it threatens to not only reach that top spot, but destroy all in its wake, including the entire underground world.

This is a fight unlike any they’ve seen before. After all, how does one fight an invisible enemy?
