I love the new Adam skin DONT GET ME WRONG!!! The sounds are great he sounds like a toy blaster gun. love it, but like…why do a bunch of other legendary’s get different vfx but Adam’s is so minor I found that most people (including me) didn’t even notice the changes at first. The star effects are cool and all but it does feel lackluster. Like his ult is a giant stationary circle like every other ult that has gotten huge VFX changes for skins. Ex: Psy, Luna, Invis, Jeff, SW, etc. I can’t stand seeing people point this out express their disappointment only for someone else to be like ‘oh you finally get a legendary skin and you complain.’ NO! Criticism is good! Marvel rivals should be putting in the same effort for every character not just the most popular ones! Another example is Rocket’s summer legendary skin. It’s good, love it, but he has no additional VFX for his ult which I feel *could* have been done, even if it was changed after the skin came out. (I think the skin came out before VFX stuff started) While I’m on this I HAVE to point out that weird unpainted patch on his head, there’s absolutely no way that was intended it looks so off and it’s not in the official art of said skin! It looks like a weird bald patch ngl, and it will probably never get fixed.

I don’t think marvel rivals gives enough of a shit about Adam Warlock or his lore but they are missing the greatest opportunity to make Adam’s first accessory Pip the Troll but in the style of a labubu.

No one fucking talk to me until s5 of marvel rivals comes out. This is all I will be talking about. I have been hoping for a Magus skin since s1, and now he's coming, in the skin I wanted for him (Guardians of the Galaxy 2008). He looks so fucking good in this MVP and I'm going to hit him with a frying pan.

Even though it is different from his original outfit, I love that this is the first comic skin we are getting for Adam Warlock, considering the original Magus arc is mandatory reading for his character; you cannot understand him without reading it. It is the first character-defining arc for Adam Warlock.

I need s5 now. Give me the Magus. Give him to me. I have the issue with the cover of him in this outfit on display you don't know how prepared I am for this moment.
