Hey whoever is reading this. Just wanna let you guys know that I'm leaving Tumblr. It might die in a few days or might not, and I might come back sometimes if it's still alive to look at some funny memes.
Tumblr has taught me a lot. About gender identity, sexual orientation, and many other things about the queer community. I've learned about aesthetics and how to make mood boards. I developed a sense of humor I'm proud of. I learned about the importance of fact checking and forming an opinion for yourself. I've talked to different people around the world and learned about their incredible cultures and how a great life can be experienced outside of America.
I think what I will take away from my experience on here is that I can be myself and still find people who get me, friends who can laugh or smile with me. I saw first hand that uniqueness and creativity can be valued or even applauded.
In no way do I regret my time on here, I just think it's a good time to uninstall this, very special and flawed, Tumblr app. I haven't been using it as much and haven't felt the need for it. I now spend more time with my friends family, and pets. I spend more time on my education and learning new things. I spend more time doing things that are valuable to me.

And if you're reading this and hoping the same will happen to you? Don't worry about it, things can and will get better, maybe not the way you expect or hope it to, but nothing can last forever. Yeah, things aren't 100% for me even now, but I know I would rather be here than where I was a year ago. Things will probably never be where I want them to be but I stopped wishing for that and started to look at the good things that are present and help me everday.
I wish the best to every single one of you no matter what kind of good or bad things you're going through.
