Just for the record Zodiac Killer hasn't been officially identified as Gary Poste! A highly questionable group of retired investigators calling themselves "the Case Breakers" claims that they've solved the case but it seems they don't have actual strong evidence, no one actually working on Zodiac case has announced anything, and almost no reputable source is reporting this. I never thought I would post something like this on tumblr, especially when I’ve been so inactive but in all honesty I am desperate. Last Tuesday, my dad took his own life. As a family, it was very traumatic as we were all there when it happened and it’s been incredibly difficult to deal with the aftermath. My mom is in between jobs at the moment, and we just finished paying off hospital bills and funeral arrangements for my uncle that died from cancer two months ago, so we are sadly in a really bad financial situation. It would mean the world to me if you could even donate one dollar to his gofundme. My dad was quite literally the nicest dude I knew, and he didn’t deserve to go out like this. Thank you to anyone who even took the time to read this post
