A large part of our fandom are quick to point fingers at Tony and say he’s never really been through anything. Truth is, he has. He’s actually lived and survived through a lot of trauma. Don’t hesitate to hate him if you must, but his trauma is extremely valid and real. Just because he happens to be rich and narcissistic, does not cancel out his suffering or his sacrifices. Tony Stark is the embodiment of character development in the MCU. He’s grown, evolved, and persevered for the last decade. And I, along with all of his fans, are extremely proud of him.
