I was feeling pretty down and I emailed Jeff and asked him to do a cover of my favourite Keaton Henson song and he did! It’s Party Song and I think he’s done a lovely version of it. He’s a wonderful friend. I felt like it would be selfish not to share it. I hope you enjoy!

I miss Timfen and Prisonofself. I mean, there are tons of female poets here that I admire such as @incoloure, @clementinevonradics, @pouvoires, but I really do miss my two lonely boys.

We are terrified to ask for help. We refuse to seem weak; to be vulnerable. We ridicule someone who has a problem with their head, yet sympathize with those who have a problem with their heart. Is your brain not also an organ? We falsely indoctrinate each other to think that we should be ashamed to ask for help, but help is what we need. This sadness is in so many of us and we stay so quiet. Depression is hiding in the basement of a burning house.
