Use these 7 mind blowing hacks to uncork a wine bottle without a bottle opener– no matter what
Nobody said drinking wine has to be classy. Not one of these includes that trick about swaddling your wine in a dishtowel and gently banging the bottle against a wall, but there is one that uses a bike pump.

It’s almost friday, folks!
A great feature on our new menu!
After all, there’s no better time for a good glass of wine and some great food then for a light lunch!
Just a few of the great dishes you can enjoy this month at the winery. Ratatouille tart, Cordon Bleu with Florentine sauce, mahi-mahi with saffron butter sauce, and delicious tiramisu!

When two forces meet….. by EdwinKats
What a cool photo. The best part about our wines is getting to make them in the heart of nature! Anyone traveling to Yellowstone this spring?
Greetings from Wyoming!
We figured it was just about time we brought ourselves to tumblr! Be patient with us as we get the blog up and going. But rest assured, you’re going to see lots of great food, great wines, and great times!
Here’s a small taste of what we’re about:
Our founders have always had a love for the finer things in life. Both Scott Wagner and Beckie Tilden have strong roots to their Wyoming heritage (The family has been ranching since the 1890′s!). After spending years raising buffalo, the couple decided to branch into the wine and spirits business. The couple also has a strong passion for great food (a new addition to our primary location). We also are one of the first winery’s to offer “Sip and Paint” events, which allow people to come in and sample great wines while creating some amazing art.
At the heart of the business is a strong love for the customer. Our belief at Buffalo Jump Winery is that everyone deserves access to some great flavors in a relaxed, fun environment. And our staff is built of fantastic individuals that share the same passion.
So take a load off, be wined, dined and fully enchanted with what we bring to your table.
