hiya! i'm bug (any/all pronouns) and i'm an adult. i've been on there agere side of tumblr for a very long time now and want to create a safe space for regressors here.
this is a sfw agere blog, with an "older sibling" type format where i give advice, safety tips, and answer any questions regressors may want to send me. i also create general positivity and self care posts!
feel free to send in asks! questions, things you're confused about, and everything and anything else. i want this to be a safe place for regressors.
💛 blog rules 💚
1.) please do not add onto my posts with kink, cg/l, petplay, or sexual content. educational content and general discussion about adult topics (if relevant) are fine, but my blog is not a place to actively participate in adult activities, be horny, or otherwise roleplay.
2.) minors can send asks, but do not dm me if you are below 18.
3.) do not call me parental terms like mommy or daddy. you may call me big bro, big brother, or just bug.
4.) not respecting the dni or boundaries of people i interact with on this blog will earn you an instant block.
💙 disclaimers 💜
this blog will contain some mentions of kink, discourse, pedophilia and other potentially triggering topics. this account was created for the purpose of education - which is why it may include ways on how to regress safely, online safety tips, how to avoid predators, how to safely stay away from kink communities, etc.
These are very hard to discuss but necessary conversations to have. Regressors should know how to stay safe and happy, especially online! Everything will have relevant trigger warnings right at the top of the post.
sometimes the consumerism in age regression communities makes me stress out! When I was an actual little we were poor… I couldn’t get a jellycat stuffie or an American girl doll, or hundreds of different personalized pacis and gear. Me being small was just me blowing homemade bubbles, drawing with chalk, making mud pies, coloring, and watching cheap cable! Being little is looking at cool bugs, making arts out of construction paper, homemade playdoh, or just resting and doing nothing at all.
I guess what I’m trying to say is- you don’t have to buy a bunch of things to “be an age regressor” or to regress. Nah, you just need yourself, your imagination, and a lil magic and heart. You can be little without anything!!!
This is some tips for tinies (or carers looking for gifts for kiddos) on a budget! Of course you don't need any gear to be a good regressor but a lot of us like toys etc. and it's okay to want them!
🧸thrift stores, a lot of thrift stores have toys and plushies, sometimes they are a bit broken or dirty but there are lots of tutorials on YouTube for cleaning and restoring plushies and toys🧸
🐾e-books, you can find kids books online as e-books which are often pretty cheap or you can watch tiktoks of people reading those books🐾
🩷diy onesies, a lot of regressors like onesies but the prices are pretty steep, if you can't afford them don't fret! Its super easy and affordable to make one yourself all you need is an old t-shirt and snap buttons plus a way to attach them, just get a big t-shirt, sweatshirt or even hoodie and add 2-4 snap buttons in the crotch, boom you have a super cute and discreet onesie!🩷
🧸diy toys, there are lots of toys you can make yourself either by sewing or crafting and there's lot soft videos on YouTube for it, or get creative🧸
🐾mobile games, I love to play video games when im regressed but game consoles are expensive so free mobile games are a great alternative🐾
🩷dollar store etc, while you shouldn't rely on stores or websites that use cheap labor for everything it's okay to make exceptions every now and then, especially for toys, pacis, sippy cups and similar🩷
🧸pull ups, instead of cute printed diapers get big kid pull-ups in the baby-section or medical diapers from a drugstore, they are less then half the price of a pack of adult diapers from brands like tears etc.🧸
🐾learn to diy, making things yourself is often the most affordable thing to do, not with everything obviously but with a lot of things, learn as much stuff as you can so you can make lots of gear yourself🐾
🩷look for affordable stores, lots of paci stores on Instagram are very affordable and the ones that aren't often have sales so keep an eye out for that, lots of shops also have promoter codes they are happy for you to use, for example with my code 'bunnybab' you get a small discount at pacisbybunnie and cozypacicorner🩷
🧸buy second hand, thrift stores are a great place but if you want little specific stuff looking on vinted, swoop or even insta is a great idea! Lots of people sell gear they no longer connect with🧸
Fun fact of the day: Bluey's pilot was only a minute long and never actually aired
Libraries are an awesome, absolutely under utilized resource that kiddos can use. My local library allows you to check out: Plenty of DVDs with tons of different kids shows, movies, or anime. CDs with kid-oriented music like children's movie soundtracks. Boardgames. Video games. Puzzles. Children's books. Comic books. Audiobooks, so that you can feel like someone is reading you a bedtime story. Manga. And tons of other things, as well.
Not everyone's local libraries will have everything on this list, and I know it's a privilege I have access to all of this, but please! Check your local libraries! They have tons of things for you if you look!
- Piracy
Look at libraries first, but if you cannot find a specific piece of kids media you want to enioy: Pirate. Pirate movies. Pirate audiobooks. Emulate old video games. Read comics and manga online. Enjoy cheesy knock offs of classic films or shows.
Genuinely, aye aye little mateys. There is nothing wrong with using piracy as a source to gain access to kids media you can enjoy.
💕 Just a quick reminder to all you kiddos, to remember to always properly credit the content in your posts. I've seen a lot of regressors failing to do this recently. I don't wanna see theft in age regression communities! 💕
❤️ - "I don't know the artist" or "I found it on pinterest " or "I found it on google" are not acceptable credits.
🧡 - Simply reposting someone else content with absolutely no transformative work done by you is theft. Unless you are adding something to the content, just reblog it instead.
💚 - Art should be credited. But remember, drawings aren't the only form of art - please also credit photography, products from small shops, videos by other creators, etc. Anything that you did not personally create should be credited.
💙 - "Anything that you did not personally create should be credited." Exceptions are made for things created by big corporations. Posting pictures of toys from Walmart, Temu, whatever, don't really need credits. Honestly...its probably for the best, don't send people to scammy sites like Temu or Ali Express.
💜 - Remember not the steal things :) if you can't credit something, don't post. It's that simple. Your moodboard or stimboard may be cute, but if you can't credit, you can't post.
Hi kiddos! I'm making this post to remind all regressors on here that they should be extra sure to stay safe online!
For a while now, I've seen minors posting things that are not safe 🙅 but anyone can benefit from following these tips. Especially those who regress, and can be mentally children at times, should be extra cautious online.
Warning! : mentions of potentially triggering topics in relation to online safety, stranger danger, etc. Please only read when big, not regressed!

Things Minors Should Not Share Online:
1) Your Real Name.
Never share your full name online. Your first name is less dangerous, but if you can, I would still go by pseudonym (Ex: Sunny, Lambie, Tiny, Bear, Baby Bat, etc.) or fake name. Your name may feel innocent, but personal information is very important.
2) Your Location.
This one feels obvious, but more people do it than you think! Yes, I mean do not share your address...but I also mean: Do not share what school you attend. Do not share what state you live in. Do not share what city you live in.
3) Your Age.
Do not tell anyone that you are a minor. People online should not know that you are a child. As a child, you are especially vulnerable to being targeted by people online.
Age regressors in general are pretty commonly targeted by p/redators online, but stating you're a minor won't make you more safe from them - it will make those predators more likely to want to message you.
Remember to also not share your birthday! Your exact birth date is personal info. If you wish to share birthday stories, gifts, etc, or tell people of your birthday, be broad. Mention it's your birthday month at the beginning/end of the month :) rather than the exact day.
4) Your Triggers.
People online should not know what specific things trigger you. This information can be used against you. Yes, this includes information in DNIs.
If you must have a DNI, be generic.
"DNI if you post kink, blood, eating disorders, transphobia, these things trigger me." is too much personal information. This is just a list of things that trigger you. People online should NOT know this information. ❌ ❌
❤️ Generic DNI examples:
"DNI if your blog is unsafe for children"
"DNI if you post N/S/F/W content."
"DNI if your blog is k/i/n/k, c/g/l, or NSFW." ❤️
Remember to use your block button liberally, for anyone who makes you uncomfortable.
5) Photos of yourself.
There are multiple reasons why posting photos of yourself, as a minor, may not be a good idea.
First, regression is very stigmatized. Choosing to connect your face to something so stigmatized is a very big decision, one that can be difficult to make at a young age. The internet is forever, and it's very important to consider how you might feel about these photos later in life.
Second, regression is SFW, but p/redators don't care. While the pictures of you with a paci, or you in a diaper may be completely innocent and nonsexual, bad people can still access them. This doesn't mean you can never post photos - but waiting until you're old enough to really understand the risks is a good idea.
In general, photos of your regression can be unsafe but...you can share photos without you in them! Pictures of your snacks, or a toy can be nice to share. Just make sure there's no personal, or identifying info in your pictures :) and then show off your cute drawings or toys.
Personal information is very precious. Be very careful with who you share it with! If you are an adult, you have the knowledge to make the decision on whether or not you think it's a good idea to share this information. But if you are a child, you're usually not old enough to understand what sharing personal info can mean.
I know a lot of these may feel really restricting. You might think "isn't that a little much?" and yes, they can be a lot to ask. But staying safe is super important.
It's important for you kiddos to remember that most of you are in categories that can make you extra vulnerable. Being minors, being neurodivergent, being queer, having faced past trauma, being an age regressor...are all things that can make you especially vulnerable.
If you decide to share these things anyway, I hope I've encouraged you to try to do so sparingly. Maybe you can share some of these, but decide to make others private.
