Just to add onto this because it actually happened to me and unfortunately, I got way too far into it.

They're not going to ask for your information for your discord, they're going to try and get money out of you. They got 500 dollars out of me and it looks legit because it's labeled as the person being "support". They are not support. Report the message and DO NOT add the "support" on discord.
