Exercise- 25 min resistance training, 10 min Chloe ting ab workout, 30 min stretching: -200 cals

Accomplished my goal of <800 today and I was fairly productive all day āŗļø felt tired but whatās new

Dragged my feet a little on that walk but other than that, not a bad day. Iāve been trying to hit 10k steps a day as well and managed to hit 20k yesterday āŗļø

Things I wish people understood about eating disorders:
1. Most people with eating disorders donāt literally starve themselves, they restrict. Just because you see us eating doesnāt mean weāre getting better.
2. The horrible, absolutely torturous feeling we get after we eat. No matter what it is, how many Calories⦠itās always there.
3. You. Donāt. Have. To. Be. Thin. To. Have. An. Eating. Disorder. God someone needs to scream this one from the top of a building.
4. Itās life consuming. Food is always on my mind.
What Iāll eat next, when Iāll eat next, how Iāll burn it off
5. I canāt just āsnap out of itā and I canāt ājust eatā
These are two of the worst things you can say.
6. I understand what my disorder is doing to me mentally and physically, believe me I do.
