me, internally: well because i’m fully aware that whether romantic or platonic keith and lance have been tied together since the very beginning of voltron: legendary defender. they’re the epitome of rivals to friends to lovers. they never go over top, and even when they argue it is never meant to be a damage to the other, it’s just normal teenage bickering. their chemistry is undeniable and even people who barely know of the show can see it. their development has a natural progression throughout the story and never feels forced. their interactions have reached a level of mutual respect and support, not to mention some resemble a lot of clichè love tropes. jeremy shada also clearly implied lance will fall in love, and was also the one who made the slow burn comment. so yeah i sleep pretty well because i know klance will get further development in future seasons
