“Get your fucking hands off me!” You screamed at the top of your lungs at the agents strapping you down to the medical bed.
You couldn’t remember much about how you got here. You were sitting on your sofa with a glass of wine before falling asleep and then you woke up in a white van.
You would give anything to be back in your small apartment right now.
“derzhi yeye na meste” you heard one of the agents shout out, you did everything you could but you couldn’t avoid the inevitable when you felt the large needle go into your neck.
The next thing you knew you were out.

Bucky was woken up to the sound of screaming and swearing coming from the medical room, he didn’t recognise the voice it must be new.
Many cryptic thoughts ran through his head for the next minutes before he was brought out of his thoughts by the sound of silence.
Silence was what distracted him now, there was always screaming but never silence.
A few minutes later he saw one of the female agents walking over to the cell that was opposite him with a girl in her arms, she was beautiful.
He watched her roughly throw you onto the creaky mattress and walk out locking the large bars behind her.
At least he wouldn’t be looking at an empty cell now.
───── ⋆⋅◇⋅⋆ ─────
“ty, vstavay pora trenirovat'sya” the colonel addressed you while the other soldiers were on the floor training “fuck off” you said spitefully glowering at the cruel man looking down at you.
A few minutes later you were escorted out of the room with a large cut across your arm.
Settling down in your cell later that night you were examining your poorly wrapped and treated arm feeling the tears flow down your face since the first time you got there.
You just wanted to be home, you wanted your family and your friends back.
The worst thing was you were beginning to understand the insults they would throw at you, not because anybody told you just because you would get them every spare moment of the day.
You didn’t know how much more you could take.
Scooting up against the peeling wall you pulled your bedsheets up to your chest trying to resemble on of your old soft toys only making you cry harder at the loss.
You were so lost in your sorrow that you didn’t see the strong man standing at the bars of your cell.
“soldat, ty v poryadke?” A mysterious voice called out only making you more frustrated “why doesn’t anyone speak English, I don’t know what your fucking saying!” You shouted through tears banging your head against the wall.
“I can speak English if you’d prefer it” the man said calmly in an accent that strongly resembled American but had gone under the influence of many years in this dreadful facility.
“I’m sorry for shouting” you whimpered thinking you were in for another punishment, you wanted one of your arms to not hurt at the end of the day.
“It’s alright” he said eyeing you warily, he hadn’t seen someone this vulnerable in many many years.
Your mind was completely broken at the reassurance you hadn’t heard in months and you entered your age regressed mindset unprovoked.
Desperately trying to stop yourself from shaking you looked up at the tall man who was talking to you “please help me I don’t wanna be here anymore” you sobbed.
The soldier didn’t know what was happening, but he was suddenly overwhelmed with the need to take care of you.
“Stay there” he said firmly before walking out to find the colonel. He was sitting at a waterlogged wooden desk working on paperwork, alone.
“Soldat?” He didn’t get a second word in before the soldier pinned him against the wall by his neck “otpusti devushku, ona budet bespolezna dlya vas” “kakaya u tebya oderzhimost' soldat” the colonel asked breathlessly as the metal hand tightened against his throat.
“ona moya” he said lowly eyeing the cowering man in front of him, after a few seconds he signaled to one the guards to open your cell door.
Hearing the patter of your feet he walked over to you and possessively put his arms around you “tvoy bezopasnyy malen'kiy golubka”
───── ⋆⋅◇⋅⋆ ─────
You were waiting in the cold cell waiting for Bucky to come back from a mission like you so often did except this time you were more vulnerable because you were feeling little.
You always missed the soldier when he was gone but it was extremely enhanced at the moment, you were going through a stage when you were little almost everyday and with him gone you felt very alone and scared.
You were pulled out of your thoughts by the loud sound of the iron bars of the cell were opened an agent roughly throwing the large man in.
“Be gentle” you shouted with a frown at the agent resulting in an eye roll before they locked the cell and walked away “I’m alright little soldier” he said protectively pulling you into his chest.
The two of you stood in silence for a few minutes before be placed you onto your uncomfortable cot bed that was pressed against his “I have something for you” he said reaching into his bulletproof vest.
He pulled out a slightly squashed soft toy out and fluffed it back up before giving it to you. It was a grey rabbit with soft but slightly shaggy fur and it had shiny black eyes.
You had gone so long without a soft toy you almost cried on the spot “thank you” you said brightly stroking the soft fur delicacy making the soldier smile out of the corner of his mouth.
You made him feel like he had a purpose like he was surviving for someone something he hadn’t felt in years.
Sitting up against the peeling wall he pulled you into his side stroking your hair gently as to not hurt you “go to sleep golubka, I’ve got you your safe”

Does anyone take their stuffies on walks outside? Do people stare/give weird looks? I've only brought stuffies with me during car rides bc I'm afraid of attracting negative attention from meanies. 🥺 I just want to travel with my comfort items outside without worrying what others will think.
if you havent already done it, how to play magical girl? :0
So I made this but you also get a bonus page because I LOVE MAGICAL GIRLS!!
Also!! Disclaimer!! I usually try to keep these pages gender neutral (that’s why I did royalty instead of Princess) but!! To me, ✨Magical Girl ✨ is kind of like its own gender lol. Like tuxedo mask may be a boy but he’s in the genre, he has a fancy costume, he fights crime in an elegant way with a focus on love, he’s a Magical Girl just like his wife. And I too, am a boy who is a Magical Girl!! So whatever your gender you can be a Magical Girl!
Now this is just based on trends I’ve noticed in the genre and doesn’t apply to every magical girl show! And if you wanna be a certain color but it doesn’t “match” your personality you can just ignore this and do whatever you want! :D and additionally if you’re a solo magical girl instead of on a team, then the team role doesn’t apply but you can still use the personality part if you want!
I started a regression journal because I felt like a lot of traditional age-re activities like coloring or watching cartoons didn’t really help me regress. As a kid, even though I didn’t journal, I was very imaginative, and most of my playing was play pretend. As a grown-up I don’t get a lot of times where I’m able to actually play pretend, so journaling allows me to flex my imagination in a more “childish” way than if I was playing a ttrpg or writing fiction (which are other ways I use my imagination as a grown up).
So! I wanted to help other regressors start their own journals! I've put my steps/tips under the cut!
Step 1: Find a journal you like!
Find a journal you want to use and decorate it to your liking!
One thing to think about when finding/decorating your journal is if you want it to be discreet or flashy.
If you’re only going to use it alone in your room, then you might want to make it super colorful and bright and write “Y/N’S AGE REGRESSION JOURNAL” on the cover.
But if you prefer to take it with you places, or if you’re worried about someone finding it, then maybe keeping it plain on the outside is the way to go.
Either way, if it’s so colorful that you’re embarrassed to ever pull it out, or if it’s too boring that it doesn’t make regressed-you happy, then you’re never going to use it! So find what works for you!
I decided to use a digital journal on my iPad because I could take it with me anywhere, didn’t have to worry about running out of pages, and because I’m a bit of a perfectionist. With a digital journal I can erase and rewrite things and move things as much as I want without it looking messy or having to start over. I get frustrated easily when I’m regressed so that works for me!
Step 2: Get your tools
This is the most fun step and probably the easiest! Find out what kind of materials you like to use when you journal.
You could use:
· Crayons
· Colored pencils
· Gel pens
· Glitter gel pens
· Stickers
· Washi tape
· And much more!
Another benefit to my digital journal is that I can always use any color I want and I can change brushes depending on how I want it to look! I use the program procreate and I made my own line paper template to write on so I can write in straight lines.
I also love love love stickers in real life, so in my digital journal I replace them with clipart I find on google, emotes posted to tumblr, or stickers from the chat app LINE.
Step 3: Figure out what style of journaling helps you regress
There are lots of different ways to journal, and just like the outside cover, you have to find what works for you personally.
There’s no wrong way to do it, but it may take some trial and error to see what you like and what you’re actually able to do when regressed.
Here are some ideas:
· Diary entries; just keep a normal diary and write how your day went. This may be easier for older regressors and may take younger ones out of their headspace because it’s too hard.
· Lists; make lists of things you like, things you don’t like, things in your room, things you see outside. It can be very meditative and a simple way to fill up a page for younger regressors.
· Stuffie profiles; write facts about your stuffies like how big they are, when you got them, what their favorite things are. You can also draw them!
· Character profiles; do the same thing as above but for your favorite characters from TV, movies, or books! If you headcanon these characters as regressors, it can also be fun to include those headcanons.
· Stories; sometimes just writing a creative story can help you regress! Flex that imagination! It may help to write about a topic specific to regression, or to your childhood, like a story about a lost stuffie or a magical pacifier.
· Themed pages; pick a theme like “jungle” and then go from there. You could answer questions like “what’s your favorite jungle animal?” or “what’s your favorite movie that takes place in a jungle?”, write fun facts about the topic, write puns/jokes about the topic, and draw pictures related to it! Just take the theme and run with it!
· Activity pages; glue in coloring pages, mazes, word searches, and work sheets! I recommend gluing them in after you’ve completed them so the glue doesn’t make the page hard to write on.
· Routines; if you have routines when you’re little, write those down! This can help remind you to keep them, or just be another fun list to make.
· Achievement charts; if you are trying to track a habit, you can make it fun by drawing a chart in your journal and putting a sticker on every day you do it! You might even want to reward yourself if you do it a certain amount of times in a row. Or this can just be a fun way to remind yourself to do daily tasks like brushing teeth or taking meds.
· Song Lyrics; write down the lyrics to songs you like to listen to when you regress and decorate the page to match them!
· Imaginary play dates; write what you would do on a play date. It could be to a special place like the zoo or the museum, or it could be with a fictional character you like, or it could just be something you want to do in the future with a friend.
· Prompts; there’s a million journaling prompts on tumblr, try searching the “agere journal” tag, see what inspires you!
These are just some of the ideas I could come up with, but there’s a million and one things you can do! It’s your journal, do whatever you want in it!
Most highly recommended is Amazon kids+ even though it costs 2.99 a month. It's worth it cos it gives you access to shows, games, books, and activities
🪐 Self-care Activities For Upset/Overwhelmed Littles 🪐
- Grab a piece of paper and pens and go crazy! Draw out aaaall of those big feelings. You can throw it away or rip it apart afterwards, if that helps.
- Talk to your stuffie! If you don't feel like talking, remember that you can always communicate telepathically to your stuffies. They will understand!
- Grab some toys/stuffies and play out a scene that made you upset or a situation that you are nervous for. What would your stuffies do? How would they make themselves feel better? What would you say to them to make them feel better?
- If you need a distraction, put on your favourite show/movie or listen to some songs to help you calm down. Maybe have a playlist ready if you ever need it again!
- If there is one feeling/thought that is consistently making you worry and getting in your way, make a feelings box/jar. You can write down that feeling, fold it up and put it in the box. Once it's inside, the feeling is safely tucked away and can't worry you anymore! And you can keep using the box/jar in the future.
- Take a bath, if you like. Gather any bath bombs/salts and bath toys you may have. Splash, play, rest. You could listen to an audiobook/podcast or play some music. When I'm all done and pull out the plug, what I like to do is lay down, close my eyes and imagine that as the water is slowly going down, so are aaany bad thoughts and feelings that I don't need and I always feel a bit lighter afterwards. You could try it too, if you think it will help!
