If you don't support the blm protesters right now because "violence is never the answer" then you don't get to celebrate pride month because I can promise you wouldn't have liked Stonewall either.

Stonewall was a riot. Without black people of color LGBTQ+ individuals might not have rights today. If you do not support black lives matter you are erasing LGBTQ+ history.

The first pride was a riot, more specifically a riot against police violence. Trans women of colour like Marsha P. Johnson paved the way for the celebration of pride today. You cannot celebrate your pride this month, or any month if you aren’t also supporting Black Lives Matter and the riots going on against police violence right now. Us white LGBTQ+ need to stand up for our black siblings and their rights, their struggles. We need to amplify their voices and show any support we can.

Pride month starts tomorrow so I just want to remind you that if you don't support BLM and are complaining about 'riots' you are not allowed to celebrate pride month! The birth of pride was the Stonewall RIOTS, rebellion against police violence by black and brown women. There is no gay liberation without black lives. There is no trans liberation without black lives.
