Here’s a bit about me…
- I am autistic, ADHD, mentally ill, and physically disabled/chronically ill, so i talk about all of those topics a lot on here! Too many diagnoses to list but you’ll definitely see some of them come up.
- this also means I often advocate for/discuss disability awareness and rights, mental health, and neurodiversity!
- basically raised on tumblr since the 2010s, This blog was made in 2025 though.
- besides fandoms I have special interests in: frogs, music theory, psychology, art/animation, music, disability awareness/activism, sociology, linguistics, zoology, and whatever else my brain decides to obsess over at any given moment.

I am strongly AGAINST:
ALL generative AI in any form, ESPECIALLY AI art/writing - I believe in human accomplishment, and AI doing our work is a disgrace to our humanity. Yes, this includes having AI do your homework or answer a question for you. YES, this includes C.AI! Do better.
Any and all discrimination against any human being due to race, gender, sexuality, disability, nationality, religion, etc - I believe in healthy discourse, but hatred and discrimination are NOT acceptable. Be a good person and respect others. All people have inherent dignity and value, no matter how much you disagree with or dislike them.
All politicians. Yes, all of them. This also includes most political commentators and celebrities, and any billionaires. I don’t enjoy idolizing people.
Any lack of media literacy/reading comprehension! I am a teacher, and an autistic with a special interest in analyzing media, so I know my shit when it comes to reading and media analysis. I don’t like it when people are stupid about the things I like. You’re allowed to have bad takes, or disagree with me, and I love to be corrected or discuss different takes - but don’t be stupid about it! Use your brain and think about the source material. Cite your sources and NEVER use AI.
Cringe culture of any kind. The only true cringe is being mean and hateful. Let people have fun; we’re all weird on here! Have some whimsy!

We’ve got four British artists on there (well, I did grow up here), but it’s mostly stuff from across the pond. That said, ‘Empire State of Mind (Part II) Broken Down’ was never released in the US, but it was over here, and it was huge (hence it’s on my Spotify master playlist!).
There are songs from four soundtracks (Scream, Twilight, City of Angels and Cruel Intentions), proving that movies make my brain remember songs better.
Also, I’m currently rewatching Battlestar Galactica, so I had to include Hendrix 😎.

hi um we need advice (you'll probably be able to figure out who this is but we don't really want to shout it from the rooftops)
one of the members of our partner system had a really strong bond with one of our headmates. like really strong, to the point that separating them would be extremely detrimental to the member of our partner system.
unfortunately the headmate they had a bond with fused kinda recently (recently as in the past few hours lol). we only just realized ourselves. no one's really sure how to broach this, do you have advice?
Oh nooo!! Well… tbh I’m still pretty new to this whole plurality thing, and so I dont know how great of advice I can give, but. I do think that it’s definitely important to note that ANY sort of codependent relationship like that can be very dangerous, for both sides. I’m sure you know this already, but yeah, unfortunately those types of relationships where two people NEED eachother to stay sane often dont end well. So I think that, no matter what happened here, things were likely to go bad. It isn’t anyone’s fault—I’ve been there before, many times. It sucks. But people, alters or otherwise, will always come and go from our lives. This is important to accept. We must be able to move on from these losses and stand up on our own two feet in spite of the pain.
I am so sorry to hear about your headmate fusing. That must be very difficult for all of you. To be honest, I think the situation should be treated similarly to any other loss of a loved one, since that is essentially what happened. Break the news to them honestly, and offer as much support as you can while they process it. If you think they may become a danger to themselves, then maybe tell a trusted adult/etc to keep an eye on them. The best thing you can do is to be there for your partner system while they grieve, since they have lost someone very important to them.
Loss is a part of life, unfortunately, and this is especially true with systems. I think the normal grieving process applies here, including offering support, reflecting on fond memories together and keeping an eye on their safety.
