I wonder what it's like being naturally skinny. How do people handle so much attention and care? I wonder if the world is easier to navigate when you're skinny, if the people are any less repulsive.
Does someone know any „tips and tricks“ on how to actually loose weight? and im not talking about calorie deficit or drinking water, like foods to eat or stuff to drink that ACTUALLY help
I NEED HELP!!
So I have a binging problem and I understand that but I’ll start a fast for a while until I reach a weekly goal weight but then I literally HAVE TO eat because my body is already making it hard to do things like go to school and work and so I’ll eat because I’m really weak but then I always end up Gaining it back so fast so wtf do I eat when I need nutrition and energy and low calorie but I still want to maintain losing weight because fasting for days and then eating one day is not cutting it and my body makes me binge😩
Please help I’m asking for routines that were effective for you!
