im abrosexual & genderqueer. im she/they, and the they/them is an umbrella for my neopronouns of fae/lune/fleur - fae/faer/faeself, lune/lunar/luneself, and fleur/fleurself. (faekin/faegender, lunargender, and flowergender).
you dont need to use my neopronouns! I don't expect it, which is why i use the they/them bit as an umbrella. my closest friends usually use them.
i do consider myself to be trans, since my gender and way i see myself definitely does not align with the modern societal norm.
im faekin, which means i dont feel human, but rather like a magical creature - a faerie! i dont feel connected to my human body - it's simply a vessel i decorate and pilot.
i also feel a bit angelkin, due to faith connected reasons.
abrosexual means sexual fluidity! for me personally, it means i am attracted to anyone around my age who i am interested in, regardless of gender or etc.
this, for me, also means some days i feel zero sexual attraction or drive, and some days i may be more attracted to other genders than others.
but this definitely doesn't affect the view of the person I'm seeing at that moment in time, and hasnt. if im with you, im Interested!!!! but remember: consent is sexy.

I have four kids. I’ve had one or another of them need some kind of surgical procedure that requires anesthesia four or five times over the past 15 years.
This Tumblr post is the first time someone has explained to me *why* I couldn’t feed them before those instances.
I’m not stupid. I understood that just fine. Hell, my kids would have understood that just fine. But no one bothered to tell us.
i did know this before having kids (i have six). we have a kid that's needed multiple procedures requiring anesthesia. and every single time, i am asked multiple times if i'm sure he was not given any food or water after a certain point.
every single time i have had to say, "i understand that if he had food or water, he could aspirate it into his lungs under anesthesia. i am not lying to you." THEN someone would make a little note and i would stop being repeatedly asked.
not a single time was that risk explained to me. the only reason it came up was because i already knew. i still don't understand why it isn't standard pre-op counseling or pre-op check information, when me as a parent acknowledging the actual risk also put THE MEDICAL STAFF at ease because i conveyed that i had informed understanding as reason to not lie about giving my kid food.
"maybe some people will get nervous and refuse surgery" okay so they need more counseling about risks and anxiety, not less information in a way that actually does endanger their child or themselves!

My child, who spends their entire life being transfered from home to car to school and back, and is not allowed to leave the house or talk to anyone and can only in their wildest dreams imagine a life free from constant surveillance, is very sad. Obviously they're dumb and lazy, like all kids these days.
kind of a tangent but i recently went to a bowling alley with my friend i'm 19 he's 18 and the woman at the door didn't want to let us in because there was a sign saying under-18s needed adult supervision. everything got cleared up and we were able to go bowl, but i'm still so mad about the fact that kids need adult supervision to go to a bowling alley and arcade. like okay maybe young kids should have supervision but what do you mean middle and high schoolers need to hold mommy's hand while they play video games. kids aren't just addicted to their phones because phones are addicting, we're addicted to our phones because there's nothing else to fucking do
I'm sure banning kids from online spaces while simultaneously not ensuring that they have access to offline spaces to socialize in (without having to rely on their parents who already don't have time for them) will help them feel better & less alienated from society.
Guys I legit lost all my clothes to washer and oil damage I think. It’s just fucked. Smells fecal because it got cooked and it’s organic, pleaseeeee donate so I can have clothes. I barely had any to begin with and I’m deadass scared. I spent weeks abd mkney tryibg but at thus point i have to replace them.
