ok imagine for a minute you're this enforcer in a group of men that are made to witness the punitive assault of some dude who you're starting to feel really bad for because your boss is going off the rails and you're mega pissed about it along with a billion other things. so naturally you soft launch a mutiny but here comes your boss's neglected wet dog of a second telling you to knock it off. and its easy to let a group of men (with guns!) close in around your superior officer while you coerce him into a position where he cannot refuse you without turning the crowd against him and possibly dying by impromptu firing squad. he is crozier: the objectionable leader; he is hickey: the emasculated subject. and its like well damn it turns out you're not above taking advantage of someone else's situational powerlessness to bend them to your will because guess what now you're also crozier: the unrelenting authority; you're also hickey: the devious seducer sorry i mean seditionist. just another day in the arctic circle for my friend solomon tozer.
