つぶつぶ　(粒々) meaning: grains, lumps. Often used to describe products with chunks of real fruit (I’ve seen it used to describe chunky strawberry milkshakes before).

たっぷり meaning: full, plenty, enough.

キュン meaning: onomatopoeic word for the momentary tightening of one’s chest caused by powerful feelings.

ばかり - Particle meaning: only, just, always, be ready to (do), have just (done), about

1.       After てーform of verb followed by  いる・います

彼は遊んでばかりいる。

He is always playing.

2.       After dictionary form of verb, followed by だ・です

彼はいつも食べるばかりです。

He is always ready to eat.

3.       After たーform of verb, followed by だ・です

今ここに着いたばかりです。

I’ve just arrived here.

4.       After noun

彼は勉強ばかりしている。

He is always studying.

5.       After particle

彼女は図書館にばかり行きます。

She always goes to the library.

6.       After noun expressing length/quantity

一週間ばかり留守にします。

I’ll be away about a week.

一か月で２キロばかり体重が増えました。

I gained about two kilograms in one month.

I am finally making a post about something that has been driving me crazy since I started learning Japanese.

I have seen these words so often in sentences by now and even used some of them myself, but I still confuse them while reading sometimes and I want to be really clear on these when I next appear for JLPT.

The words listed in the image:

侍 - samurai

侍する (じする) - to wait upon, to serve

侍べる (はべる) - to wait upon, to serve

侍史 (じし) - private secretary, also means “respectfully” when added to the name of an addressee

侍女 (じじょ) - ladies maid

侍妾 (じしょう) - concubine, mistress

侍講 (じこう) - tutor to the daimyou, tutor to the emperor or crown prince during the meiji era

Some fun and confusing math words:

和 (the same “wa” that means “harmony/Japanese-style) can also means “sum.” It can stand alone, or be parts of words like 総和 (sum total), 部分和 (partial sum), and 平方和 (sum of squares).

乗法 (multiplication) is pronounced jouhou, while

除法 (division) is pronounced johou.

(addition is 加法 kahou, and subtraction is 減法, genpou.)
