The harness may be pinching on the spot on the back of the neck where mother cats carry kittens. This causes cats to flop just like that so it's easier for their mothers to carry them around. It is, however, indeed funny to see.

How is Buran dealing with the threat of the Sargerai, and the fact that they seem to be decently entrenched in draenei society?

She’s… disturbed. Their recent attempt to take over Auchindoun unsettled her, for one; for all Buran knows, this world’s version of her is buried there (she doesn’t know yet who of her family yet lives and dies on this new Draenor).

Buran wants to be buried in this world’s Auchindoun when the time comes, and she doesn’t like thinking about the fact that whatever might remain of her, whether that be physical remains, some sort of katra (have fun researching that word!), or something else, is treated with dignity and respect the same way she treats those who have already passed on.

Additionally, she doesn’t know where else the Sargerai may yet be lurking unknown to her, and she doesn’t like the feeling that she could put her faith in someone and only later find out they’re Sargerai…

But she won’t be as openly militant as Forgan, not unless something really goes sideways. That’s not her way. But if it ever does happen… oh, watch out.

TMI Tuesday, y'know, to help you get back in the swing of things! Do Mira and Buran know each other? If so, what do they think of each other? If not, how do you suppose they might meet, and what they might think of each other?

(A day late on this answer. Oh well!)

Buran and Mira do know each other, although they don’t know each other extremely well. They’ve met several times; I believe the first was at a Jed’hin tournament shortly after Buran was seriously injured in a fight and used a wheelchair to get around. (I wonder what draenei-make wheelchairs look like? Someone with more art talent than I, please, I’d love to find out!). Mira helped to move her around from time to time.

They’re both healers, of course, though their methods vary greatly because Buran is an anchorite and thus makes great use of the Holy Light, while Mira is a shaman and her connection to Water is the strongest of the four classical Elements. (She can, however, call on the Light when invoking the Naaru, as most draenei can). They find one another curious in a professional sense, hope to spend an evening trading stories and notes, and have a mutual respect.

It would be interesting to see the two of them working together one day. I’d love to have the chance to make that happen.

Mira is also on the “alternate” Draenor, somewhere, and is having an interesting time as the inhabitants of that world aren’t used to draenei being able to call the Elements. To them, that’s something that only the orcs do. She’s met with some wariness and mistrust among the natives, although her extremely young age and accompanying curious nature do much to lower the guard of many.
