first therapy session i literally brushed through every single problem ive had in my life i was all over the place and i felt better but it just made me feel confused about some aspects of my life and where i  really need to focus on the most. i felt kinda bad for my therapist she seemed overwhelmed she even had to take a couple of deep breaths and sighs throughout and then she tells me that shes usually not with the patient for so long on the first session but whatever im gonna go see her  weekly so she better get used to my drama :)
