Others use old solutions for new problems. And very few businesses develop new solutions to newly discovered problems. . 💡 If you put your business/opportunity on the matrix, where would it be? You can then add other existing similar solutions to the matrix to study your competition. The goal is to differentiate your solution by factors such as quality, price, and location to reduce (or eat) competition as much as possible.
